BenchMark Physical Therapy

I’m so thankful my doctor referred me to Benchmark. I have been in therapy before for broken Femur, both knees and my hip. I only wish I had gone to Dr. Hans Rice years ago. Everyone there is so friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable. I’ve never had therapists anywhere that cared and worked so hard to get scar tissue off my left knee. If I had I wouldn’t been in this condition. They encouraged me and made me feel so comfortable. I couldn’t give them a grade, because there’s not a grade high enough. Thank all of, if I ever need therapy again I will definitely see Dr. Rice. God bless you for truly caring.

I found this location very clean with a friendly staff. I was welcomed as I walked through the door and I felt comfortable. While filling out paperwork I felt the staff was very jovial, every patient seemed to be comfortable with their sessions. Once I got started I felt the same way. I appreciate the printout to continue my therapy on my own from home. I just might recover sooner than I expected with their care. Overall I was very impressed and pleased.

Very nice stuff and very caring. They truly care about their patience and it shows. I didn't really understand how important physical therapy is after you get hurt until I started going to this place. And my physical therapist she was truly caring and it really shows. I highly recommend to anybody in need of physical therapy. And they also work with workers comp cases and they make you feel comfortable about having to deal with it.

Dr. Hans Rice is incredible! He demonstrates an exceptional desire to address patients' needs, inquiring and listening about impairments and causes of injuries. As a patient, I saw new patients enter leerly, uncomfortable and fearful, then see them gain a sense that Dr Rice was someone who wanted to help them, knew how to help and would be with them through a journey of improvement and recovery. He has created a welcoming atmosphere where individuals not only come to trust him, but where patients develop relationships with each other and seem to look forward to being together. Dr Rice pushes patients to keep working although struggling, yet is sensitive to pain levels. He seems to have a passion for learning current treatments and procedures in his profession. I am very thankful that I was referred to Dr. Rice and cannot imagine receiving better care with anyone else.

Dr Hans and his staff are awesome! He was very caring and helpful to my foot issues. He was always smiling, friendly and focused while keeping up with his patients' needs. His hands-on, personal care was very healing. The entire staff was also friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Dr Hans and his staff at Benchmark/Lee Rd Lithia Springs. If I ever need PT again - I know where I'll be going!

Dr. Hans and his entire staff are warm, professional, friendly, and so inviting. My journey to recovery after my motor vehicle accident has been rough but this has to be one of the Best therapist I have been to!! I appreciate all that he and his staff have done to help me heal and recover. 🤗

Dr. Han is an excellent therapist. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The atmosphere is always fun and exciting. Their main call center could improve with receiving and answering calls from potential clients and patients.but the journey has been awesome.

I recently had the opportunity to visit BenchMark Physical Therapy on Lee Road in Douglasville, Ga and I must say, the quality of care that I received was top notch from the receptionist that greet you when you arrive. Dr. Hans Rice was very knowledgeable with my type of injury and helped me achieve my goal.
