I highly recommend anyone no matter what age to go see Dr. James Blackwell and his staff. I am a professional athlete and had to return to play by a specific time. Dr. Blackwell pushed me and did a amazing job with my therapy. In result I was able to go on and win a championship and opened more doors to extend my career. Thank you so much !!!

Benchmark is the best. I would highly recommend them to everyone. They are very knowledgeable,professional, they are very attentive to your problem. They are fun too. I never thought I could get this strong from therapy.

Brandon Ross, PT, is so kind, very thorough, professional, and explains things very well. He is a great PT.!! Benchmark and their patients are very fortunate to have him!! Heather is quick to get back to you to schedule visits. She is such a sweet, positive administrative professional!

What an amazing experience! James, Jake and Heather are a great team and make everyone feel welcome and special. They will create a specialized experience just for you. You never feel pushed beyond your limits but will be challenged on every visit. This is my first experience with physical therapy and I feel like I have found my safe place.

When I was told I was going to physical therapy for the first time in my life. I was considerably nervous but the moment I walked through these doors the nervousness went away. The workers and the environment was beyond satisfying and it was always so welcoming to come in day after day. They made sure I wasn't pushing myself too hard and that I was comfortable and honestly they made me understand the importance of a steady exercise regiment. Now I will be trying my best to not get injured anytime soon but if I did and I needed physical therapy, this is truly the place to be without a doubt!

I cannot say enough about the professionalism I witnessed and the exemplary services I received from the staff at Benchmark Physical Therapy. Mr. Blackwell and Mr. Odom developed and implemented a custom care plan for me once I presented to their clinic with chronic shoulder pain with significant deconditioning. The staff allowed me an opportunity to enter data for metrics regarding my forward progress and shared my medical information with the appropriate providers. I have graduated to a home exercise program and am very, very pleased with my physical rehab and their extraordinary customer service.

What a great group ! James and Jake make a great therapy team ! Extremely knowledgeable and passionate . I’ve been treated and cared for like family. My first experience and I was not sure what to expect. But James, Jake and Heather made me feel more than welcome every time. And even though I left out of there sweating my tail off each time I have the utmost confidence in their game plan.
