I had a reverse shoulder replacement in June and did my therapy at Benchmark on Greenway Drive. Kaitlyn was my therapist and did an amazing job working with me. If I have to have therapy again, I will go back to Benchmark and ask for Kaitlyn again. The atmosphere is fun and I enjoyed all my sessions. I never dreaded going. I certainly recommend Kaitlyn, and I also recommend all the other therapists as well. The ladies at the desk up front make you feel welcome and are very nice.
Wren was a floater this weekend when I went in on Saturday....she had an idea as to why I had burning in my thigh. The method she used worked great and today I have no burning in the thigh. My knee will take a while to get back to normal but the burning not being there is great
Received a referral to them from my doctor to deal with some sciatica I developed. I’m transgender, so going into a new healthcare situation in a red state can be a bit of a crapshoot but every single person I interacted with was accepting and affirming of me, always used the correct pronouns, and was genuinely friendly. On top of all that, they are amazing at their jobs, and always knew exactly how far to push me without pushing too far. I’m back to 100% (honestly, probably even in a little better shape than I was before the sciatica!) and when I graduated today I was a little sad that I wouldn’t be seeing them a couple of times a week anymore. All of their interactions with the other patients that I witnessed were friendly, compassionate, and exhibited the highest level of knowledge and professionalism. I couldn’t recommend them any more highly. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Compassion, professionalism, efficiency, laughter, and results! The staff at the Greenway Dr. location of BenchMark exhibit all of these traits. Daniel and Dylan were remarkable in their knowledge and ability to challenge me. Although not a minute of my time was wasted, I always felt like I was in a relaxed atmosphere with caring people. After my knee replacement surgery, I came to therapy on a walker. Six weeks later I am walking without aid, bending and straigtening my knee with minimal pain, and have been given the confidence that I will achieve complete recovery. I highly recommend this location and these therapists.
My therapist has been mainly Katelyn. She is amazing. Genuinely concerned about getting me back up and running. Fun environment. Everyone has been super nice and friendly. Really enjoyed my therapy here. Thank you!
The entire staff of the Greenway Drive location have been AWESOME! Steven and his team are very professional caring compassionate and very encouraging to each individual they serve. I sincerely appreciate the assistance guidance and support to the recovery from my shoulder surgery. The days at clinic are great ;however the assigned home therapy exercises increase the level of recovery as well. I have highly recommended BenchMark to friends and family. Your dedication to your clients are top notch. Thank you!
Love this Benchmark! I went here 4 years ago for my knees and I'm going for a car accident right now and my care has been outstanding <3 The Dry Needling has been AMAZING in treating my neck and traps! I highly recommend them!!!!
These people are also me helped me so much made me get back using my arm they need a raise and the office people were grate too.
