BenchMark Physical Therapy

Bench Mark in Kathleen, Ga. has been my first choice for therapy since I moved to Warner Robins, Ga.! Anthony and Micah have treated me for my injuries in the past and they are great! They got me back on track so I could continue to do life! Thank you guys so very much!

Can't recommend Anthony enough. Our high school trainer was working with our daughter through a sprain during soccer season and we were not seeing any progress. I sought out Anthony's help and within a few short weeks she was cleared for play and ready for all her important playoff games, Cup and ECNL tryouts. Don't just think an injury will just get better on it's own. Anthony's work with my daughter brought back her confidence and helped her see that getting better takes work, but it is worth it!

Dr. Anthony Cochran helped me get my life back in 2017 after I broke my right arm and right leg. I was being treated by a different group of physical therapists when I told my surgeon that the therapy I was receiving didn’t seem to be helping. My surgeon set me up with BenchMark Physical Therapy and Dr. Cochran was assigned my case. What a difference that made! Not only is Anthony an excellent physical therapist but he is a wonderful coach. There were plenty of times when things were really hard, but he helped pull me through with his coaching, kindness, understanding and physical therapy skills. I am now a physically active senior citizen enjoying my life thanks to this young man. You cannot go wrong with Dr. Anthony Cochran.

Please note that this place focuses on pure PT. The goal here is for people to get better and stronger. I really appreciate Brandon and Anthony for being willing to push their clients to improve their mobility and get past any temporary disability. A very comfortable environment and a true no judgment zone. PRO: Anthony, Brandon and Kendall CON: limited cycle stations and no merch🙂 Bottomline: Highly Recommended for true physical therapy and a desire to get better quickly..

Anthony is an amazing PT! I got to witness and feel! His passion for making others feel better far exceeds the norm. He is patient, hilarious, and always laughing or smiling. You can't go wrong here!

Anthony is an exceptional physical therapist. My 14 yr old daughter needed PT both before and after a torn labrum and surgery. As a young athlete this devastated her. I am so grateful to Anthony who often adjusted his schedule to accommodate a highschooler’s schedule. He worked with my daughter consistently 2x/week and took her from barely managing a pendulum swing to lifting weights, throwing and stretching. More than that, he “got” what it took to keep a 14 yr old motivated - from the playlists he used at 0700 before school to asking about her friends and fellow athletes. He met with her many times just because she sometimes needed reassurance that she hadn’t “messed” up her shoulder or other joints! He’s the best and we will miss him in Peachtree City. Consider yourself lucky to get him (if you unfortunately need physical therapy)!

I appreciate Anthony's personalized treatment plans as well as his clarity in explaining each step. The scheduling has been amazing. He was able to see me the same week and set up appointments for the month.
