BenchMark Physical Therapy

Came in with horrible sciatica problems and other misc issues. I was in extreme back pain when I saw Alex. He worked on me and by the end of the session I was pain free and have stayed that way for over a week now. Best PT I’ve ever had.

I've had 3 rounds of physical therapy here and would recommend this place to anyone who needs physical therapy. The therapist are all caring, kind, knowledgeable people who care you. Not just as patients, but as people who need help. Alex Garduno is the BEST! ❤️‍🩹 Lisa, Ben, & Chris you guys Rock

I cannot emphasize this enough..my experience at Benchmark Jasper has been fantastic! I was having pain in my neck/back/jaw for well over a year, and Heather helped me get back to my normal self! I am overjoyed to get back to regular life and activities, and I am so grateful for the team at this location. From day one, I felt that I was heard, and I was totally at ease working with Heather. The whole team is so friendly, and I am honestly going to miss seeing them twice a week.

Benchmark in Jasper Tn is the absolute best !I've been to several & this one has the best therapists - they are so caring, personable folks I've ever had the pleasure of knowing in this business. From front desk to the very knowledgeable therapists they always make my visit a real pleasure & not a dreaded visit. My time spent with the great folks at BenchMark Physical Therapy in Jasper, TN has been well worth it, and I'm certain to recommend them to others who may benefit from their care and expertise. Scheduling, and re-scheduling as necessary, were extremely low-effort on my part, and I'm grateful for their communications and reminders. Alex is incredible and he not only guided—even pushed—me to great results, but also made the journey enjoyable, providing knowledge that will allow me to maintain them. I'm grateful to him for this.

I had a great experience at BenchMark in Jasper, TN. On my first visit the range of motion in my neck was very limited. What a difference from the first visit to the last—improvement was remarkable! Everyone was very kind and personable. Would highly recommend!

I would like to thank everyone at the Jasper , TN Benchmark physical therapy for being a great bunch to do my physical therapy . Chris was awesome at making sure I was scheduled for my next appointment. Heather and Alex were both super knowledgeable about my problem and I'm so very thankful for both of them for helping me get my arm moving again after surgery. The staff at this location are THE BEST!! Madison is always friendly and very helpful. Katie and Logan are the best therapist. They are compassionate and caring. They strive to help you meet your goals. I just can’t say enough about them. They have helped me to get my range of motion back. If you need PT, this is THE PLACE!
