Brooke is an excellent manager with a great smile and a pleasant knowledgeable attitude. Amy and Andre are always watching where they can help patients. Lindsay is very attentive, so pleasant and caring. This Benchmark shines!!!

Today was my first day of hand therapy after my surgery. And a pleasant day it was from being greeted at the front desk with the sweetest girls, getting all my paper work completed to start my therapy. To, Adam, my therapist who was so attentive, supportive and knowledgeable. Answering all my questions and concerns. Thank you Beachmark, Braselton.

All of the staff is so nice. Brook is awesome. She made a splint/cast for my 12 year old daughter. My daughter said the cast was “Slayalicious”. You know it’s a good office when a Tween enjoyed and compliments the visit

My first time using BenchMark for my physical therapy. I'm glad that I chose BenchMark as well as this Braselton location. Jessica Harrison was very welcoming, friendly and very knowledgeable. I look forward to my next therapy sessions, and continued improvement.

This office is a wonderful environment. And the OT department is top notch!! I always understood my treatment plan, my hurdles and my accomplishments. I will miss my visits but highly recommend! You will be on great "hands!"

I am extremely satisfied with the care I received from the staff at Benchmark PT. Including the ladies in the front office. Everyone there was professional,courteous and, genuinely concerned for my recovery and,well being. They all worked as a team to make sure all clients were treated equal and,taken care of. I’m a huge and appreciative fan of Benchmark Physical Therapy. My experience was beyond excellent. Brook was great with occupational therapy. Josh was top shelf with physical therapy. In fact, all therapists and front office were exceptional. Very kind, encouraging and in great moods. Very impressed and I’m so thankful with the attention I received. My progress was way beyond my expectations. I highly recommended this location for anyone that has a need.
