BenchMark Physical Therapy

I highly recommend Vincent. He is highly skilled and professional. He is committed to finding the best treatment plan for each patient, and I always felt that my recovery was important to him. He really listened to my goals and was committed to helping me return to the active life I had before total knee replacement. I had some challenges, but he kept me motivated and positive. He added new challenges at a rate that was perfect for continuous progression without being overwhelming. He modified exercises to avoid aggravating my chronic back issues. I've been to numerous physical therapists in the past, and Vincent is the best! And his staff is also so incredibly warm and caring. 5 stars aren't enough!

Beginning at the first appointment, Vincent was very thorough, his initial intake was comprehensive and holistic. Vincent continued to evaluate my progress and monitor changes. He modified his approach based on my progress and consulted with colleagues as needed. With Vincent’s guidance, I was able to increase my strength and mobility, improve my balance, and decrease my foot pain. I am thrilled to be running again pain-free! Moving forward, I will continue to approach running differently based on what Vincent taught me. I am incredibly grateful for Vincent’s professional expertise and patience. The physical therapy journey has improved my quality of life. Vincent is a friendly, patient, detail-oriented professional who genuinely cares. He gives great explanations of treatment and exercises. As someone who works full-time, I appreciate that appointment times are available after my workday. The clinic is very clean and organized. This was the best physical therapy I have ever received. 10/10, I recommend Vincent for your physical therapy needs!

Vincent is the best. He listens and tailor's each visit to how you feel while doing what the script has requested. Candace his office assistant is Soo pleasant. She always has my receipt and next appointment for me when I finish each time. I have used PT at other places but not as good as Benchmark at Valleydale

Very convenient location. Vincent is both thorough and empathetic. I particularly appreciate his low key style. This is the first time I have ever done PT and Vincent explained and modeled exercises for me every step of the way.
