BenchMark Physical Therapy

After my ACL reconstruction, I received care from Brandon and Carson, who were exceedingly friendly and intent on me leaving the clinic with some degree of progress every day. They worked with my schedule and within around two weeks I was able to walk with one crutch comfortably. Not only were the staff friendly, however, the atmosphere in the building was also very laid back and welcoming. Overall a 10/10 experience and would definitely continue coming for my care if I didn't need to return to Huntsville for my education. Update: I returned to Benchmark in Hoover for care after my schooling ended and was treated by them throughout the summer. The quality of care was just as good as before, friendly and respectful staff who have your progress as a priority.

Brandon, Mia, Bella and Lydia were very professional and helpful. I needed guidance in getting back on track to get more physically capable and with my overall health. They were great, made it fun and I’m very grateful. I would definitely recommend to others.

Benchmark physical therapy has been wonderful. I’m an active guy who has jogged and biked for 50+ years but haven’t been able to do anything, hardly even walk, for the last 3 months because of planters fasciitis. But after 4 weeks of therapy, I’m now jogging and biking again and feel like I’ve gotten my life back. Kudos to the team at Benchmark!

Brandon and staff have helped me after three surgeries now, and each time I come out after PT completely restored. Friendly, they listen to the patients, professional, and they wouldn't let me cheat on my exercises! If I need more 'repairs' I'll be back. I just finished my total knee rehab-on the other knee! Brandon and the team are top notch. I have met my expectations and ready for work and fun. Brandon not only directed my care but he listened as well. At 73 a surgery like this could be a total life change-for the worse. The aloud used Brandon to allow me to be ready for my next mission trip

My physical therapy at Benchmark in Hoover has been a very worthwhile and pleasant experience. The staff there is very professional, encouraging, helpful and likeable. Brandon Esleck and Mia Barraza made me feel welcome and were always eager to do whatever they could to help me get the great results that I obtained during my therapy there. Lydia, the receptionist is always very pleasant, capable and ready to assist patients in whatever ways that she can. Benchmark is very fortunate to have quality employees such as these. They all made my experience there very memorable.

Amazing caring people who are motivated to helping you get better. Mia and Brandon are amazing Physical Therapist and they were very supportive and listened to any concerns I had. We reviewed what had happened between visits and the made adjustments to work on areas I needed assistance with. They are serious about what they are doing but they also have a way of keeping it positive while helping you. Mia is an amazing Physical Therapist and really took an interest in me and what I was struggling with. Always positive and supportive……if I had pain or discomfort afterwards she took the time to work on those areas to get me relief before I left. From the time you sign with Lydia you feel like you’re welcome and appreciated. Always greeting you and asking how you were. Thank you Mia, Brandon and Lydia. You all made my experience enjoyable. I never felt like a number but a friend. I would highly recommend them for your Physical Therapy needs. Mickey

Everything.. its a phenomenal crew running the Benchmark PT of Hoover!! Departing from Brandon, Mia, and Lydia was bitter sweet and I can’t forget about the techs. They made such a pain staking experience worth the while . Not only was my development wonderful under their care but they made me feel like family day in and out, consistently every appointment. Never thought Id come to love PT if I must say I sincerely looked forward to my Tuesday, Thursday and Friday appointments … TAKE ME BACK GUYS!!! 7 am crew!!

Mia, Brandon, and the rest of the staff are fantastic. They helped me after I had surgery to repair a torn meniscus. My knee feels great and stronger than before. Even when I was doing a work harding program before being cleared for work. The 3hrs I was there(3Xs a wk) was a blast. They know all the clients by 1st name and treat them with respect and care. They will get you back on your feet better than ever. But if you want results, you have to show up. 10/10 Highly recommend.
