BenchMark Physical Therapy

All of the therapists were professional, knowledgeable, and thoughtful. They made every attempt to resolve my physical problem. When a change in my schedule was necessary, they were very accommodating to assist me in every way. I would highly recommend this location of Benchmark Therapy.

From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcomed and valued. The physical therapists are exceptionally skilled, taking the time to understand my concerns and tailor a treatment plan that addressed my specific needs. Excellent employees in areas of professional conduct, courtesy, patience and support. I have received physical therapy in several instances, over several decades and various establishments. Almost done with Physical Therapy for my shoulder (torn labrum). Overall impressed with everyone there that I've worked with, Austin, Mckenna, Lacey, Madison, Day, etc. I was pretty nervous post surgery but they helped me understand how everything works in the shoulder joint, gave me exercises to do at home and other advice. I have pretty diligently done my home workouts but learn a little more from them each visit. Would recommend to anyone, great resource for anyone in the Bluff Park area.

The therapists here are extremely well-qualified. They worked with me after my knee replacement and helped me reach full functionality more quickly than I thought possible. The atmosphere is friendly and welcoming. I never would have thought I could actually enjoy physical therapy sessions but I did.

Amazing place with an awesome staff. They addressed all of my issues, and looked at my body as a whole instead of focusing on just the part that brought me in. I came in for hip pain, but they have also addressed my lower/mid back pain and upper shoulder tenseness. They’ve fixed pain that I’ve lived for over 10 years! Absolutely give them a try.
