BenchMark Physical Therapy

In just a month with Leah, I have doubled my strength in many areas. Leah surprises me with a new skill so I don’t have a feeling of a monotonous visit. I feel safe with her and trust her with the goals she has set for me. Please let her know how great she is as my PT. Maybe a commendation? I like how everyone helps and supports each other. It has a great atmosphere when you walk in the door. I highly recommend BenchMark Phusical therapy in Baldwin County!

Jordan was my physical therapist and she is amazing. Very friendly and good at what she does!! I had a lot of back pain and weakness after a wreck and she helped me feel great again. Everyone else working was also super kind and welcoming. Overall I had a great experience and would recommend this facility to anyone looking for PT

Katelyn did a fantastic job of getting my poor old tired back muscles back into shape. She is very caring and extremely knowledgeable! Had knee surgery. When I first started, it was tough, but Sarah, Katelyn, and Jordan were all very encouraging. I am now, after only 5 weeks, back on my game. Thank you all so much for a wonderful experience with physical therapy. If I ever need a physical therapist again I already know where I'm going.

Very satisfied with the results. My therapist was Katelyn .She was very professional. Explained why she was doing each exercise. Always pleasant and friendly. Will definitely use again and recommend to family and friends.

Katie was wonderful to work with over the past few months. She listened to my concerns and developed an excellent regimen that perfectly targeted my problems. She also developed a plan that I could do while I was out of town for several weeks. I am thrilled to be able to do the things that I previously found impossible or caused significant pain. The staff there were all very pleasant and accommodating! The office and treatment areas were very bright and clean. I highly recommend this Benchmark location!

absolutely loved getting to work with sloane & katie! everyone is super friendly and welcoming! thanks to them i was able to have a smooth & speedy recover to get back to day-to-day activities and sports. i felt they always put my needs first and encouraged me along the way. if i ever needed to reschedule, the receptionist, rachel, made it super easy and was extremely friendly! i am very thankful im better & that they taught me exercises to continue on my own, but will definitely miss everyone!
