BenchMark Physical Therapy

Who knew physical therapy could be fun and something to look forward to? After three months of working with this group I would highly recommend them. My therapist, Katie N, was outstanding. Her patience, knowledge, and professionalism is beyond measure. The entire team was friendly, encouraging, upbeat, and a real pleasure to deal with. Best of all they helped me meet my goals and gave me tips for continuing to work out on my own to maintain what I’ve gained.

I highly recommend Melissa and Katie at BenchMark Physical Therapy! As well as the entire staff at BenchMark. They are all so nice and welcomed me with open arms. When I injured my lower back I spent a few weeks trying to ice/stretch/and rest my lower back in hopes it would heal. After a few weeks of no improvement I reached out to BenchMark for help. From the very first session with Katie through her coaching and rehabilitation I knew that there was going to be hope to get me back to being healthy and pain free. After each session I felt a little better each time. Katie gave me the ability to get me to where my back felt normal, and provided me the knowledge to do exercises at home to help mitigate the risk of re-injuring my back. I will not hesitate to return to BenchMark in the future if the need arises.

I went to Benchmark for about 3 months to work on pelvic floor issues and hip pain. The whole team is so wonderful and I have recovered well! It was truly sad to “graduate” as it’s such an enjoyable atmosphere and really helped me physically. I would absolutely go back here if needed :)

Great addition to the neighborhood. The staff at this location are all great and interactive. Katie, Melissa, Tiffany, Katy and the entire staff are all great. My mother had Katie as her PT and she was awesome and very patience with her even with a language barrier.

Went to Benchmark for a wacky nerve in my back that I initially thought was a hip problem that was making it difficult to walk. Melissa diagnosed it right away and knew exactly how to treat it. She and her staff are friendly and knowledgeable and you’re receiving care in a casual setting. Never more than 4 or 5 patients at a time. Melissa is obsessed with cleanliness so no germ worries there. I finished my PT and I’m doing great. I highly recommend this facility for any therapeutic care.
