BenchMark Physical Therapy

All the staff at Benchmark Physical Therapy are professional, courteous, and friendly, from the receptionist, Sarah, to all the physical therapists. Keith did a fantastic job assessing the situation with my shoulder and prescribing and implementing the appropriate treatment. I did not think physical therapy would resolve the pain and severely limited range of motion I was dealing with in my left shoulder, but I was wrong. Excellent staff. Knowledgeable, professional, encouraging, and fun to interact with. Now I can return to my usual routine.

My experience with BenchMark Physical Therapy on 3108 Raeford Rd. was amazing. I wish there were more places like this one. Everyone is very friendly and knowledgeable. Thank you to Jessica and Eric. Amanda and her coworkers were very conscientious of my needs. They helped me learn how to minimize my pain. She created a plan for me that I can follow at home with no trouble. They were wonderful to work with.

They do really good here best physical therapy I had they will get u back to your right self in minutes I highly recommend them they are a good place come in here and I promise u will good from having a bad day to a good day really quick they have good energy and all

Very clean and relaxing atmosphere. The music has always been great and the staff is very friendly and professional. Eric has the warmest hands when giving massages. Everyone is very knowledgeable.

I absolutely loved my experience with Benchmark Physical Therapy and every single person who works there. They allowed me to bring my 3 year old son to each appointment which was a godsend for myself as a military spouse with nobody around to watch him. I went for treatment for sciatica and I started feeling better pretty quickly after starting. They gave me lots of tips and advice for what to do at home to keep my symptoms minimal. I truly believe everyone here is dedicated to their job and their patients right down to the receptionists. At the end when I was time to “graduate” they let my son ring the bell and I can say we will miss them all! Thanks for helping me feel like myself again.
