I am a 68 year old woman with extensive experience with physical therapist over my years. I can honestly say the Benchmark PT in Fairhope is the best I have ever experienced. The staff is 100% committed to helping you reach your goals. Lee Ann and her staff go above and beyond to help you reach your maximum potential. I will never go anywhere else. I have found “THE BEST”, and I am so very grateful for their help.

Benchmark was a wonderful experience for me. All of the PTs were so polite and encouraging at every visit. They helped me get back to myself and gave me the confidence I needed to regain my life after my knee injury.

She is clear in instruction... and when doing dry needle treatment she is gentle and spot on with my trigger points. The combination of exercise and dry needle therapy has gotten me back in the world of exercise. and feeling like I can do what I want and keep up with my family. I’m very appreciative..

I went to BenchMark Physical Therapy on the recommendation my doctor. Kayla my Physical Therapist was very helpful in educating me on the problem I was having with my lower back. The facility is very nice and clean and the staff were very nice and respectful. After a few weeks of dry needling, strengthening, and stretching I finally didn't have any pain in my back. I would recommend BenchMark Physical Therapy and would go back if I needed Physical Therapy again.

I have made such good progress with the Fairhope location! My first experience was for Vertigo and they treatment was amazing Alecia and Kayla are great as well as the other staff members. Dry needling has helped my pain level so much! I highly recommend this Benchmark!!!
