This is my 2nd time at Benchmark for different issues and each time I leave a firm believer in PT. Ariel Johnson is an extremely competent and professional therapist, as well as a joy to be around. Everyone in the office is always welcoming on my visits and follows-up when necessary. Thank you for your help. I highly recommend Benchmark.
I was able to go from walking in a boot to walk in my own shoes. The experience was very pleasant. The staff was very compassionate and caring, and most of all friendly. Thank you for the staff at the Benchmark Physical Therapy office for helping me to walk normal again.
I had a great experience at BenchMark Decatur. Krysta's workout plan resolved my knee issues. I liked the variety of exercises and the quick results. Also, Cheo and Emma were great. The fun environment makes the hard work much more enjoyable.
They are the best crew I have ever met. I came in on day one not being able to lift my arm due to a torn rotator cuff and 2 months later, I have full range of motion and have graduated and RANG THE BELL!!! THANK YOU Ariel, D'Anthony, Dan and Phuc for making my journey one to remember and making it enjoyable no matter how much pain I had to endure it was all worth it and if I had to do it again( hopefully never lol) I would do it all over again with you all. Ariel is a boss! She and her team of capable physical therapy professionals really know their stuff. My attitude was not great when I started because my back injury frustrated me. They treated me with kindness and patience and a firm nudge toward a solid program. The results have been terrific. My advice is to get to work, minimize the whining, and put yourself in their capable of hands. It worked for me.
Ariel and her team are committed to helping their patients return to optimal health and life without pain. They are kind, compassionate and professional in their approach. I felt like I was a member of my own treatment team and the family.
