BenchMark Physical Therapy

My recent therapy program for strengthening my knee was successful. The entire staff was so courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient. I needed a specific schedule and the staff always considerate and accommodating. The facility/equipment was clean and comfortable. My knee is stronger now and I will continue with a home program provided by my therapist. If I have a need for therapy in the future, I will request this Benchmark location. I am grateful for the entire staff's effort to help me recover.

Lindsey M is a phenomenal therapist. She listens. She takes time to understand. I am confident in her abilities to make my situation with my injury the best it can be. She took me from walking with a walker in April 2021 to running a half marathon the following June. I had no problems running for 2 years afterward. I am very grateful for her help.

I came to Benchmark East Dahlonega after a third ankle surgery to correct a long-term joint issue and both Eric and Lindsey handled my recovery with GREAT care! With it being a third surgery on the same issue - recovery was a delicate process and they were certain to do everything by the book to ensure good healing. Eric and Lindsey, along with the other office staff, make the clinic an enjoyable and fun environment for healing! Will definitely be going back if I ever need PT again.

Amazing staff. Each day I had physical therapy I was welcomed with a smile by Abby the wonderful receptionist. My main PT was Eric and he helped me out so much and whenever he wasn't there Josh was just as good. Lucy was always a great help as well. I loved going to PT even though it was hard. The whole staff encouraged me to keep growing and getting stronger. I was sad to "graduate" but the maintenance program is the next thing for me. Thank you BenchMark East. East is Beast.

Excellent customer service and professional treatment. The physical therapist and staff are knowledgeable and experienced in the field of study. They provide continual feedback of your progress in your treatment. They are kind and considerate of your pain and work to help you feel relief and make every effort to improve your situation. The staff here are truly special people, making this a perfect place to work towards recovery. Aside from providing excellent physical therapy service, they show genuine care about each of their clients, treating everyone like family. They catered to my needs and made me look forward to my appointments each week, and I have made so much progress during my time here. This facility is truly a special place!
