BenchMark Physical Therapy

From the first time I arrived there everyone was so nice and really welcoming. I could hardly stand up straight or sit down without holding on to something. All the different exercises and stretching that I was taught really worked and continues to work even though I am not still going. I do them every day and I continue to still see improvement. Thank you Abby and staff for a wonderful experience. I have no hesitation about going back there if the need arises.

Best PT's and PT techs ever. Where else can you go and have fun, while also healing. Special thanks to Abby, and Isaiah. But honestly folks, everyone is great at this establishment and you'll get great, compassionate care, regardless of who your therapist is. Thank you all 🩷

The best physical therapy team, sorry, family there is. They are all super nice and welcoming. They get to know their clients on a personal level instead of just going through the motions. As soon as you walk in, you are greeted and taken care of. The only thing I'm sad about is their small waiting area, but that's my anxieties. You are not waiting long before they take you back. Unless you arrive like 30 minutes early to your appointment. There's days I don't want to leave.

From the Front Desk to each Therapist, my experience was Great. I went in bent over a rollator, suffering intense pain sitting, standing and lying down. Today I rang the bell, pain free and I was able to drive myself…didn’t realize what a privilege it is to do so until I couldn’t. I have no reservations or hesitancy in recommending the 11172 Hwy142 N, Covington BenchMark location; Staff and Therapists were Supreb. Thank you ALL!!! (I will resubmit, because I don’t want to miss anyone’s name, but I’ll start with Abbie, Isaiah and Kirsten 😊)

Excellent care from everyone. Front desk was always very friendly. Abby and Kirsten were always quick to answer my questions and explain about my care. Hats off to Isaiah, always ready to help me in anyway he could.

I decided to use BenchMark as my chosen Physical Therapy clinic here in Covington based on Athens Orthopedic recommendations of trying PT for a ripped tendon in my ankle before going the surgery route. I was hesitant at first until the first day I walked in for my appt. This clinic is nothing short of outstanding. I’m talking from the front desk personnel to the Physical Therapist themselves. I had the great pleasure of working with Kirsten, Janis, and of course Madison. They are all extremely knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. I finished up my last session early due to the outstanding work done on my injury. If you’re a potential client thinking about where to go to get therapy, you can not go wrong choosing BenchMark Covington location. Everything you look for in service under one roof. They are great!! Thank you everyone so much. It was always a pleasure stepping through the doors.

Madison Hopper did a great job with my initial evaluation. She is very efficient and understands the type of PT her patient’s need. She was a pleasure to deal with and very polite!

Very professional and kind people. One of the better highlights of my auto collision journey. They helped guide me to ease any pain caused by the accident.
