BenchMark Physical Therapy

I had a wonderful experience at BenchMark. I was treated for shoulder and back pain. I can’t say enough about the therapist and practice manager, Mike Lacey. Mike really listens to each patient to evaluate pain, mobility, etc and formulates an individual plan for recovery. He has a wealth of knowledge when it comes to stretches and exercises for all parts of the body whether it’s to improve mobility or increase endurance. And Mike is great at not only explaining each exercise or stretch, but in conveying why a particular exercise works for your issue. He also makes sure you are set up for success at home at the conclusion of treatment. The rest of the staff, especially the front desk staff, was also very courteous and welcoming. I never had any issues with scheduling appointments. I would certainly recommend BenchMark and Mike for physical therapy treatment.

The staff at BenchMark Killian Rd. was very pleasant and courteous. The sessions were thorough and I appreciate that each exercise was explained in a way that made it all sensible to me. I am grateful for the lessons learned and know it will truly benefit my future exercise efforts. Thank you, Michael and staff.
