BenchMark Physical Therapy

It is simply not possible to put into words how incredibly fabulous the team is at Benchmark Clackamas! Four months ago, I stupidly broke BOTH ankles. This is the first major injury in my life. After surgery, they told me I would need PT. I was very nervous about it because I’ve never had PT before. But once you meet Alethia, all your fears and doubts are set aside. Her gentle guiding compassionate style will make you look forward to seeing her and doing your exercises. Don’t get me wrong, it’s not her job to make you better, it’s her job to give you the tools to make yourself better. PT is hard work, but if YOU embrace it, you will succeed! There were days when I couldn’t figure out how to do some of the exercises at home, but she gave me alternatives that made it all doable. The video attached is my very first day walking on a foot that had been in a cast for 8 weeks. Today, with Alethia’s help, I am walking 8 miles! If you need a professional PT for whatever ails you, you must seek out Alethia at Benchmark Clackamas. And at the end of it all, you too will have two new friends!!! I've been with Benchmark since Burnside clinic in 2020 when Andre came I really got to know her. Andre has very a calming personality . When I found out we were moving I had to go where Andre went. I feel very comfortable I would never go anywhere else. Alethia had been super I'm getting a lot stronger which is my main goal. I hope I never lose this place. This clinic means the world to me of all PT This is been the best

I love the friendly atmosphere of the staff. Anndria always made sure to print out my schedule for me, so that I wouldn’t miss my appointments. She was also very good at accommodating, when my schedule sometimes had conflicts. Nate was very good at making sure to keep me on track during physical exercises. When I finished one exercise, he was always Johnny on the spot with what,I needed to complete the next exercise. I never felt that I was being ignored if he had a second patient. Great location, Plenty of parking and a Starbucks and McDonald’s close by, what more could you want? Cheers, Gene

The ladies at BenchMark are awesome! It is by far the best experience I have had in quite some time at any type of medical setting. Not only was I amazed at how much progress was made on my 5 year old ankle injury, but the kindness of the staff and how I was treated was above and beyond. Very genuine. They even gave me a bday card a cake pop on my birthday! I would highly recommend BenchMark over any other physical therapy places!

This place has been a safe haven for me! From the lovely experience with reception, to the physical therapy, I’ve regained confidence in myself to operate in the world. The Physical Therapist (Alethia) guided and educated me on how to reduce my pain. I feel totally empowered and I will take this knowledge with me forever… I’m doing so much better because of the consistency and support of this staff. This place holds a special place in my heart. Had a traumatic fall at work as a plumber, broke my hip in three places, and also ruined my shoulder. The staff is very professional and caring in what happens for your future. I worked through the problems with my hip in a matter of months, and recently just had shoulder surgery to repair the damage to the rotor cuff and bicep tendon. My intention is to return to work before the first of the year and with the help of this staff I believe it can happen.shoulder boot camp is in store and I for one I’m ready, For a full recovery I believe you have to have positive people around you who explain what you need to have done and what it takes to get there although it’s hard at times and painful, there is only one way and that’s through 😎

It is my very great privilege to recommend Benchmark PT in Clackamas. I wish I could give them 6 stars! Recently my wife broke bones in both of her legs and Benchmark Clackamas was recommended. The team there, Dr. Alethia and Andre are amazing. They helped my wife get back on her feet in an amazingly short time and helped her with a plan to help her get ready for a hiking trip in Japan. Not only did they help her recover from her injuries fully and swiftly, but they made every visit a bright spot in her recovery. Alethia listened to my wife’s concerns and addressed every one of them helping to ensure her recovery was 100 percent complete. In the end when it was time to graduate there were tears that she would not be able to visit her wonderful friends every week. They get our highest recommendation!

My experience in this Benchmark clinic with Alethia was such a contrast from other PT I have had in the past. Very individual attention and my programs were personalized and adjusted through my ups and downs throughout my time there. I made great progress with Alethia help. Both she and Andri kept the environment fun!
