Thomas, Cassi and Matt are amazing! They made the process of healing comfortable and safe. You can tell they truly care about your progress and each of them take the needed time to focus on the areas of opportunity. I would definitely recommend this specific location for anyone needing a physical therapist that care. Ms. Janet welcomes you at the door with a sweet smile and always make sure your appointments are scheduled at the times most convenient for you. You guys are the best!

I have never been one that believed in PT. I’ve been referred numerous times through out the years, but often stopped going after just a couple of visits because it didn’t seem like anything was changing. I came into Benchmark with the same mindset. I’m glad to say I was completely wrong. The team here is fantastic and patient with each person that comes in. Thomas is incredibly passionate about his work and would take the time to explain everything to me in detail to ensure I understand why each exercise mattered to helping me get back to normal. I enjoyed every visit to the office and even opted to continue going until insurance just wouldn’t let me any longer. Benchmark is the place to visit if you need any physical therapy in the Auburn-Opelika area.

I was seen at benchmark for my shoulder pain . Thomas , Cassidy and the support staff were very welcoming and courteous . They paid close attention to the problems I was having and helped me to rehabilitate my shoulder and upper back muscles . They are very knowledgeable and know the ins and outs of effective physical rehabilitation. I recommend availing their services.

Thomas and the staff were very instrumental in getting movement back in my shoulder. They performed exercises that increased my left shoulder's mobility and reduced my pain! I'm a lot better now. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Thomas, Cassidi, Bevin are class acts! I had a weird case going in, and they handled it very well. Also made great company for the entire session. Kind people and great service. You will not find quality work that they provide anywhere else. Highly recommend.

I had a great experience with Benchmark PT on College Street in Auburn. Started with a hip injury that was treated quickly within a couple of weeks. Then for my bad knees leading up to and through rehab for my knee replacement surgery. Everyone (Thomas, Brittany and Janet) are all professional while being personable, interested in my total wellbeing and making me feel like their most important patient. I observed this with all of their patients. I will be back because my other knee is bothering me. Not my first experience with physical therapy having been to other places but it's the only one I would ever use again. Would give 10 stars if I could.
