BenchMark Physical Therapy

No problem setting appointments to your schedule. Understanding when situations come up and you can’t keep your appointment. They are willing to work with you. The physical therapist has a good knowledge of his profession. I have no complaints. Would highly recommend them. Good job on making me feel better.😊

Dr. Lewis is an excellent physical therapist. He has resolved issues in my neck and ribs and I am now pain free! Receptionist is also great with outstanding customer service. I will definitely be using benchmark for my future physical therapy needs.

Absolutely 5 stars PLUS! My last several months with Benchmark have been awesome. During this time, I’ve been assigned to each of the therapists there. ALL of them truly care for each patient, knows just the right questions to ask and LISTENS in order to make intelligent decisions for treatment. The facility is top notch thanks to their great management team including Garren, Shelby and DeWayne.

I couldn’t sit comfortably for over a year, finally narrowed it down to a torn/aggravated piriformis muscle. Came to benchmark and within a few weeks my pain went away. Every Physical therapist or assistant I dealt with here was great.

I came to Benchmark the second week in December 2023 I had just had double knee replacement the staff there was so wonderful. They made me feel like my knees was their priorities and getting me to walk again they exercise me with caution, but yet push me to reach my goal. Now 2 1/2 months later, I am walking without any assistant and I’m just so grateful to Benchmark and their staff. I highly recommend them my to family and friends.

Very kind people. I came to them in a lot of pain with my lower back and feel a lot better now. DeWayne and Thomas were especially nice and really encouraging for an entire process that I was deeply uncomfortable with going into, always open to answering even the most random of questions. I especially liked that when they off-boarded me for at-home workouts they printed out really detailed instructions with pictures. I'm very pleased with my experience there. Highly recommended.

I had the privilege of having physical therapy at BenchMark in Auburn and it was a great experience. They have several different physical therapy modalities, including traction and dry needling, which were all really instrumental in my treatment. I had the opportunity to work with a few different therapists, and each was compassionate, kind, and very personable. From front to back, it is a really welcoming environment. I’m really pleased with my improvement, and would definitely recommend!!
