Disappointing Experience with Lacy I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with my recent experience at Benchmark. Unfortunately, my time there was marked by several significant issues that ultimately led to a negative outcome. One of the most concerning aspects was the therapist's apparent inability to devote sufficient time and attention to each patient. I often observed them seeing multiple patients simultaneously, which inevitably resulted in a lack of personalized care. Additionally, the therapy regimen prescribed seemed to be a one-size-fits-all approach that was not tailored to my specific needs. Despite consistent adherence to the exercises, I did not experience any noticeable improvement in my condition. Furthermore, I found it disconcerting that individuals who appeared to be learning therapy techniques were involved in my treatment. While I understand the importance of training, I believe that patients should primarily be treated by experienced professionals. Perhaps the most disheartening aspect of my experience was the consistent feeling of worsening symptoms after each therapy session. It became evident that the environment and treatment were not conducive to my recovery. The inexperience of the trainee therapists was also a major source of frustration. They frequently required guidance from the main therapist for even the most basic tasks, such as demonstrating proper form for exercises or adjusting equipment. Additionally, one trainee was openly distracted during my session, seemingly more interested in their phone than in my well-being. These interruptions and lack of attention significantly detracted from the effectiveness of my therapy sessions and ultimately led me to discontinue my treatment early. Given these factors, I would not recommend Lacy to anyone seeking effective and personalized physical therapy. I hope that my feedback will be taken into consideration to improve the quality of care provided to future patients.

Front desk staff was patient when my GPS sent me to the wrong address. Alexis is professional, calm and a sincere listener. She relieved my anxiety regarding my initial visit. 5 star service.

Love working with Michelle , she was awesome. Had to travel to Atlanta for work but was able to still attend my PT two days out the week . She is an awesome friendly person . She made me feel at home .

Charged an extra $36.31 after only 2 sessions, $100 being my copay. Yes I have a high deductible - no each session was not worth $118. This people and place isn't terrible, which is why I'm giving it 2 stars. Too bad they're associated with a "business" like BenchMark PT.

I really enjoyed my experience with BenchMark Midtown. I had been having foot pain for over a year and couldn't get better no matter what I did. After switching to a different doctor, physical therapy was recommended to me, so I chose BenchMark Midtown since it was nearby. It was a great choice! The program my therapist (Kelsey) put together was great and I saw results over time and now I'm pain free! Kelsey was awesome and everyone who worked there was super friendly. A really great and enjoyable environment in every way while also professional and dedicated to each person's recovery. It was really easy to get in touch with Kelsey and BenchMark, and they also have a free app that shows you all of your work outs with videos and instructions. I definitely recommend BenchMark Midtown!

I did pre and post surgery PT, so I spent a year working with the amazing team at Benchmark Midtown. Even though Kelsey was my primary therapist, I got to know everyone and to see how they worked with patients. I would recommend this group to anyone who need PT of any kind. They are knowledgeable and caring--and they all have a great sense of humor. PT can be really difficult, but they make it as tolerable as possible. Most importantly, they move you through recovery and get positive results. I'm glad I live nearby so I can stop by occasionally to say hello because I'm really going to miss seeing them!

Inconsistent experience at this location due to staff turnover, overbooked therapists, and poor customer service. Two appts were rescheduled without notice in a 2 week time period (total of 4 appts.) even though appts had been booked weeks in advance. For example, on August 16th, I scheduled bi-weekly appointments for the next 3 weeks. On Labor Day, I received a confirmation text with a 9 am appt. time for the next day (2 hours earlier than originally scheduled). When I spoke to the receptionist, she had no idea of why, when, or who rescheduled the appt. Although this location is convenient, I'm looking at other options that will hopefully have better customer service.
