He is a phenomenal trainer and coach in all aspects of fitness, from stretching to weight training, injury prevention, diet and nutrition. He listened to my personal goals and created individualized and challenging plans to help me meet and exceed my objectives. Ben taught me proper form and always made sure I was able to replicate it when exercising or training on my own. He is a motivating leader who pushes me to be my best self, all while fostering a love for leading a healthy lifestyle. I've worked out with a lot of trainers, and Ben was one of the best. He was readily available, came up with new exercises I'd never done before (which is challenging since I've been an athlete for 20+ years always trying to change things up!) and he was fun to chat with -- a great guy. I recommended him to my best friend also, and she had a great experience too. We each have our exercises in a program he emailed to us so we can keep going on or own. Ben is a total pro.

Ben is hands down the best athletic trainer I worked with during my collegiate career. He is extremely dedicated to his craft and is always willing to put forth extra effort to help you out during the rehab process. It is evident how much harder he works than other trainers, and he truly wants to help out every single person he treats in the best way possible. I spent around 5-6 months with Ben rehabbing a reconstructed ankle and now my ankle is better than it's ever been before. Even two years later, I still use exercies and treatment methods that Ben tought me to keep my ankle feeling good. This guy is one of the best in the business.

Ben goes above and beyond for his clients! I had the pleasure of being trained by Ben at a time where I was really lost with my fitness and diet. He really helped me to see the bigger picture in fitness as a lifestyle and helped me to break bad habits and make many more good ones! His knowledge of fitness and training is way beyond what the "typical" trainer has, and you are going to receive a wealth of knowledge from working with him! Above all, Ben is a great guy and so pleasant to be around on top of it all! It really doesn't get much better than him!

Ben was referred to me by one of my best friends who can be very picky at times ;) So I know he must’ve been great. This is my first time working with a personal trainer, he was very responsive and genuine, not to mention very patient and experienced. We had as many sessions as he can fit into his schedules since he’s in the process of relocating at the time, but given the circumstances he managed to provide many sessions thoroughly and by the time we were done, I was confident and comfortable enough to carry out my own routine based on all his suggestions and so far this is the longest time I managed to stay motivated and effective going and keep goofing to the gym. Definitely highly recommend!!!
