Belter Physical Therapy

Caitlin from Better Physical Therapy is absolutely amazing! She helped me with some bad hip flexor pain, we got down to the root cause, I learned quite a bit in the appointment. I walked away feeling 10x better and a plan of action I can do at home. She was great. Highly recommend her!

Caitlin is a top notch physical therapist. She explains everything she is doing and finds the perfect balance between being gentle with a painful knee and encouraging me to hit realistic objectives. I ruptured my patellar tendon in my left knee and had it surgically repaired. A week later as I made my way on crutches to her office my first visit, Caitlin showed me how to walk again in the parking lot before I even got inside the building. After just three visits I had a complete 180 degree turnaround. If you need PT I highly recommend Caitlin.

Caitlin is a step above the rest. Before coming to Caitlin, I had spent months with two other physical therapists, dealing with chronic pain due to sciatica for almost a year. Caitlin took the time to listen to what I had to say and then worked with me to create a foundation for healing. For the first time, I saw actual, tangible improvement due to physical therapy. Caitlin stood out from my past experiences with PT due to her attention to detail. Caitlin did not breeze over any steps in the process. It can be easy to go through the motions of an exercise routine, but Caitlin made sure that I understood the processes and underlying goals of each exercise so that I was able to benefit to the fullest extent. Beyond that, I leave every appointment feeling better than I started. I had spent months in pain and, as a result, stopped doing many things I enjoyed, such as hiking and playing tennis; I had trouble standing for extended periods and could rarely get through a week without Advil. With Caitlin's help, I no longer need Advil, and I spent the past summer hiking and playing tennis! I can not recommend Belter Physical Therapy enough!

Caitlin is the best!! I threw out my back several weeks ago and found myself almost entirely incapacitated. Normal movements were stunted by incredible pain. I couldn't stand without pain. I couldn't lay down without pain. I couldn't get up without pain. It was incredibly draining and stressful because i still had to go to work. After one visit with Caitlin, I felt better. She is able to pinpoint the core issues and explain what is actually happening to your body in a way you can understand. Learning what your body is going through allows for you to adapt through your injury. Additionally, the exercises that she gave me to do at home absolutely sped up my healing process and always made me feel better. It's been 5 weeks and I feel a million trillion times better because of her. Caitlin is the best PT I've ever had and I recommend her to all!!!

Caitlin is positively amazing. She is not only personable and caring but also extremely knowledgeable. My adductor strain, which caused pain and sidelined me from sports, is now gone. I can’t recommend her more highly.

She is the BEST. I will never to go another physical therapist if I can avoid it. She finds issues instantly, treats them, works with you, explains them, and is super hands on. This isn't like other places where you are left to do workouts while your PT is off helping someone else. Caitlin is attentive and focused entirely on you and how she can help the entire time

Highly recommend Belter Phyiscal Therapy!  Went to see Dr. Belter for a very painful flare up of a neck and rib inflammation, and she was able to relieve 90% of the pain with one massage, and give me great advice on poses & exercises to work on.  She was able to see me last minute, and is such a great listener and so easy to talk to.  Thank you Caity!!!!

My experience with Caitlin was fantastic. She is knowledgeable and kind. Her office is clean and welcoming. I would highly recommend seeing her. I am so glad to have her right in Lakeville!
