The staff is always on site to assist. Appointments are very flexible with their two offices. Dr. Mahmoud helped me play tennis again following my shoulder injury.

The doctor is usually there assisting patients when I went there, he is very pleasant to deal with and the staff is helpful but when you get into a routine prepare to work on your own a bit but staff is always near by to assist if needed
