My father was at Bella Vista for some time. Staff are very kind, friendly and really helped me with my father. I'm very thankful to the team for all the love and expertise you all provided. Thank you💝

Well it was nice to be able to walk in and not have to deal with answering a bunch of questions. It was convenient to sign in with just a machine. Every nurse I encountered was very pleasant and with a smile as though they actually enjoy their work. I know that sounds a bit negative towards the industry, but I have experienced medical facilities where the nurses always had a looked about them as though the patient was really incoveniencing them. That was NOT the case here.

I'm updating my post. In the 3 days, my father has been a rehab patient the staff has been fantastic. They are very attentive to my father's needs. They laugh at his jokes and are always friendly and professional. They know my dad wishes he was back home, and will be soon, and do everything they can to speed the process along. They communicate with the Doctors to get the next steps in their procedures and share that information. When I'm in the building they search me out to make sure I know what is going on. I haven't been gone long enough to have them call, but I'm sure they will. All of their staff has been great, but Maribel, Chloe, and Fe have been heroes in my mind. If you are being treated here, ask for them. Lastly, for me, the only way to get five stars is to do all the things above and be in a 5-star type hotel. That would be unaffordable, so this is the best option. Your family/you are in good hands here.

My mother has stayed here for about 3 weeks and the staff were very nice and professional. They treated my mother with the utmost care. She wanted to extend her stay each week. We are very happy. Thank you! We would also like to thank Nina, my mother's social worker.

Bella Vista is staffed by a group of extraordinary caring professionals. The OT and PT staff were so patient and kind to my mother. All the nursing staff were supportive accommodating and attentive. I highly recommend Bella Vista.

I had a very pleasant visit with a family friend doing rehab there. He seems comfortable and taken care of well. I appreciate the team effort and heart to tend to people who need a lot of help to face challenging health issues. It is the work of angels that you each do.

This is the worst rehab place I have ever visited. None of the staff knew what they were doing with my mother. We would tell each one of them that my mother had dementia, and that she was in severe pain. No one wrote it down. I finally taped a big message on the wall. She was wet and she stunk so many times. In three weeks they got her to sit up one time. Five days a week of therapy. What a joke. Supposed to have a bland diet and the nurses put pepper all over her food. She can’t eat pepper without choking. Each of the nurses that were supposed to give her pain meds didn’t know she was supposed to take tramadol for pain. Every day I had to tell the pain person to give her tramadol. They never looked at her chart. They just gave her Tylenol for a broken hip. I gave a rating every day of a one, and they would text back telling me to explain and I would. Three weeks later they called me. Do not put your parent here. Or come here.

My elderly brother spent three weeks and five days at Bella Vista. He had a sore on his foot that became seriously infected and needed special attention to properly heal. Thankfully the staff did do a good job on taking care of his foot. The problem was the lack of communication. I had some questions and concerns and everytime I called to talk to someone about his foot, all I got was voicemail. I called a half a dozen times, I would leave a message and no one ever called me back. Three weeks, five days and not once was I able to talk to staff about my brothers progress. How can they leave a family member who is concerned for a loved one, hanging in the wind. I find that very unprofessional and disappointing!
