Everything about Believe Therapies is truly remarkable. The love, dedication and care that each therapist and staff member provide is outstanding. My son’s development has been tremendous in every aspect since starting with Believe. This facility will exceed you and your family’s expectations. Thank each of you for all that you do for my sweet boy.

I love everything about this company! They actually care for your child and their wellbeing. Everyone is super sweet. They respond fast through phone/text. They send out reminders for your appointments and they’re quick to find a replacement appointment too. I’m able to see what my son is learning while exploring fun educational toys/equipment.

Our baby has been in PT, OT, and now SLP here for a year and we are so grateful for all the hard work they put into his care. They are kind, creative, and dedicated, and it is great to have all three of his therapies in one place instead of traveling. Now that baby is older we choose to have two appointments booked one after the other to save trips out there. They are great with rescheduling issues when we have travel, have advocated with insurance, and have wonderful staff. We love the therapists! If your child needs it, this is an excellent place to go.

Update: believe apologized and cited a lack of training for the confusion. We have been using them since with no issues and our oldest has improved 1,000% over where we started. Original: We were originally referred to believe therapies for our daughter who needed physical therapy, the therapists were amazing with her and she definitely looked forward to her appointments. When speech therapy was suggested for our oldest we were super excited to use believe therapists again. Unfortunately that excitement was short lived. As usual the referral processing time (between our pediatrician and their staff) took a while (which we fully expected as the same thing happened previously). I received 1 call and voicemail to my business line December 1 (which is not the preferred number on either child’s contact information), my husband nor I received any calls on our personal cell phone which are both listed on our children’s information (the time between thanksgiving and Christmas is extremely busy for both of us and we did not return the phone call). We were never contacted again until we received a letter on December 13 which was dated December 1 telling us we had 5 days to contact them or they would be informing our pediatrician and closing his chart due to “numerous attempts at contacting us”. Highly unprofessional in my opinion (as 1 call to 1 of the child’s 2 parents definitely does not meet the definition of numerous attempts; not to mention even if we had return the call the next day we still would have received this letter) and has pushed us to look at other options locally. As much as we enjoyed our experience the first time (and the reason this is a 2 star review instead of 1) we will not be using them going forward and are informing our pediatrician’s office of their response. We also called believe therapies as a courtesy, no one answered and a voicemail was left with our feedback.

This review is specifically for Speech Therapy. We went to Believe Therapies to do an Initial Evaluation for my 3 year old. We started off the evaluation in a private room with closed door, however, within 10-15 min, there was a knock on the door and we were asked to take a 5 min break in the playroom area. The SLP came to the playroom area and ended up finishing the rest of the evaluation there. This was unacceptable as it was very loud and noisy in the playroom and very distractive for a toddler. There was also another kid coming in there to play. This is not a area where the evaluation should have been conducted. I have done 2 evaluations in the past and both of them were in a quiet area where they are able to hear the child speak and is not distracting. I understand having some toys to observe the children, however, I felt that having it in a play area resulted in not receiving a proper and thorough evaluation. The next day, I called to express my concerns and the manager mentioned, they are in the process of expanding as they realized their business is growing and are in the process of construction to create more rooms. I mentioned to her, so knowing this was the issue, why did they schedule multiple appointments at the same time. They gave me the option to come back for reevaluation, however, I denied as I do not feel comfortable going to a place where they are in the process of construction, do not have enough rooms and have a very noisy, distracting environment - not ideal for speech therapy.

We had such a great year with so much speech improvement for my son. Lots of OT help too and we finally put our pants and shirt on correctly! We especially liked the front desk ladies who always call, text, confirm, and check you in with ease.

I can't express how grateful I am with Believe Therapies. Before my son turned two, I noticed he needed speech therapy, but after talking to his pediatrician, we decided to wait until he turned two. Before he turned two, I started calling and looking for speech therapy centers. That search was a complete nightmare for us, and I was so stressed. My medical plan only covered for one place, that place was not bilingual, and they had a waiting list (we were number 70!!!) Later, I started looking for other places, even if it had to be an out of pocket expense. I called believe therapy, they gave me a quick appointment, offered bilingual speech therapy, and were covered by my medical plan!!! We've been taking therapy for a couple of months now, and my son has shown a great improvement! He loves this place and sometimes cries when it's time to leave. He is also taking occupational therapy to improve his eating habits, and when we arrived, this therapy wasn't covered, so I one point we decided to stop. The center later called and told us that they were working to be included in our medical plan and asked if that would help us to continue with them. And now he can continue taking both, so for that I'm also grateful!
