The office shows favoritism towards those living there. They lack compassion and treat the family as criminals too. Instead of helping the inmate gain confidence and provide support for being independent, they limit the inmates advancement in becoming law abiding citizens.

Inasmuch as I understand the importance of rehabilitation and reentering back into society as a productive reformed ex-offender. Such can only happen if they are clearly considerate of other people. As such, I’m writing this review to help, by saying STOP the excessive booming and banging noises that disrupts the peace and quiet of the neighborhood —tenants living next door.

Not a good experience for my family. Had a difficult time getting information across case managers regarding hours and visits. I have my sisters daughters in my care and they were so excited that she was so close to home finally. As my sister earned visiting time with her daughters to attend their activities they would get the times wrong and wouldn't let her out even though it was their mistake. No one was interested in clarifying any information of hours submitted and had us waste a lot of time and energy. It seems as though they are fast to place them on home detention to have the families do all the work for them even after telling us how home detention is a big failure. I am not happy with the way they handled our situation. I am grateful for the short time my sister was close to home before they shipped her off 2 hrs away. I hope where she goes, they are more professional. Good luck to anyone that has family members in this system, it is a difficult road.

Its true I work there, the director's name Shaney Gray is a racist person she will send Black and Hispanic people back to the federal prison unfortunately she has not done nothing at this point very unprofessional and a very bad environment for people that live there . I work for them and all I see is racism and if you're Jewish you'll be able to go to home confinement the state need to close the facility owners are white and don't have a clue what there doing.

I don't want to even give one star. This place is not a good facility for anyone. They don't have any structure, no groups, they don't make sure their clients get their medical attention. They don't try to communicate with the families on progress or anything of the sort. They lie and have people running the office that act clueless. Shut this place down it's worthless.
