Behavioral Health Urgent Care Center

I would like to let you know that this facility sometimes doesn't take any more patients after a certain time because they can be limited on available staff. Otherwise this is a nice clean facility. Wait time a little long and air conditioning a bit too cold so bring a jacket. Staff are nice and doctors actually spend a little time with patients which is a bonus because mental health patients usually get treated like 3rd class citizens and aren't given time to talk.

Just took my daughter. They were NOT helpful. It seemed like I just left a drug dealers. All they did was prescribe her some pills and that’s it. Do not go to these people. They don’t care. They just care about money and get people more hooked on dope.

They implanted my brain with some kind of radio transceiver. After they discharged me, at times I started to hear a random high frequency noise, and when that happens I immediately lose every ability to maintain concentration and focus. I study computer science ironically enough and this is an emerging field that’s called “brain computer interface” and the technology used is a grain of rise sized, heat powered microcomputer. They used to call people names for thinking that this kind of stuff existed but it is real. They implanted your brain in your sleep, and they never let you leave before sleep. They never provide the surveillance camera recordings to “prove” that they left you alone in your sleep, even though they claim to record 24/7. These are weird people

I got admitted here not to long ago. The fist few hours were honestly the worst but mainly cause personal issues. It was overall a great even though I had stayed over night. I wish I could remember her name but OH MY GOD SHE WAS THE ONLY REASON I WAS SMILING THE LAST HOUR OF MY STAY! She was so sweet and we just had a conversation about our life’s and it genuinely made me feel comfortable and at ease. If she see’s this review I hope her nephew is doing well and I hope she’s doing amazingly! Best staff all around fr 😭

Best urgent mental health clinic! Clean, polite staff (unlike exodus on marengo) they treat patients with respect! Was given proper patient time! Best! Smells good, parking is free! Open late!

The staff is great they show respect & care for the pt's thank u for this it's nice that staff are carring because all pt that come to get help!! Are there for a reason & not to be put under more stress!! 👏👏👏👏🤝 staff

Spent a couple or hours here and it wasn't that bad. Sure they might only have One bed but it's more reserved for the more troubled people, at least they let you sleep on recliners and stuff. No problem with staff, all friendly even the people who checked me in were lenient and nice. Although not much to do (seeing how your not suppose to stay long). -Not the best sleeping conditions -Friendly staff -Small area overall -Decent food

This place closes at 8 pm . The guy at the door told us the process takes two hrs. Nobody in the waiting room. My family member needed to be seen it's 7 pm. He tells us we can wait but the chances to be seen is slim. Nice facility, Government /State funded. Protocols can be changed for better service. Mental Health is in high demand and needed. This place can really serve the community better, if they understood that mental illness is no joke.
