My husband needed to go to rehab twice in the last month and a 1/2 and we chose Beachwood both times because we were so happy with it for the 1st time they're very attentive care about their patients quick to respond to any nurse call buttons conform to his dietary neeis . They are very good about keeping the patient interactive with each other and doing a lot of enriching events to keep their spirits up..

My father has been sitting in the ER for a few days waiting for placement at a short-term rehab facility. Per reviews, I thought Beechwood would be a great fit. I reached out, they advised they had room, and that they were just pending the pharmacy approval for medications. I advised he had all his medication and asked if that would make the process easier. They said absolutely and they would be in touch. Well they never called back. If you try to reach the intake coordinator she is so professional that her voicemail states that the inbox is full and that you cannot leave a message at this time. Strike one. Back to the medication "issue", they then said that even with my fathers insurance that it was essentially not worth it for them to accept him as a patient since they would only receive $325.00 a day to care for him. That right there baffled me, strike two. The elderly population tends to have medicare, and yet they want private insurance so they get more bang for their buck with the patients they accept. This is not an exclusive country club people are trying to be members of, but apparently all they are in it for is as much money as possible. DO NOT recommend, unless you have amazing insurance that will reimburse them at the rate they feel they deserve. Outrageous. Thanks for letting my father sit in the ER for an extra day and then refuse to answer calls/emails because you are too cowardly to just say no.

Everyone is beyond friendly here. It’s amazing how hard this women and men work to take care of loved ones. We feel that our grandmother is 100% safe in their care, and can’t image her being anywhere else but Beechwood.

I was overwhelmed with how Bill, Jodi, and the rest of the staff were so very accommodating. My father, who is 86 years old years old, all of a sudden started experiencing very sharp lower back pain. Beachwood was amazing with helping him through his physical therapy, not to mention helping myself, being his son, trough the entire process. I would trust and recommend Beechwood to anybody.

July of 2018 I had Knee replacement surgery. I had was home within 2 days, I had in home visiting nurse therapy sessions 2-3 times a week for 3 weeks then had to locate a local outpatient location for continued recovery. From trusted word of mouth and previous experiences there was only one place I had in mind to receive my therapy sessions 2-3 times a week and that was Beechwood. They are a family owned and operated, providing transitional care and physical rehabilitation with an excellent staff. All employees I encountered were friendly, polite, understanding and patient. Second visit there, the owner Mr White came down to the rehabilitation room and introduced himself. I met the director of environmental services as well, Mr Donovan and I have to say he keeps that facility in tip top shape. I worked closely with a very informed lady named Nicole, she was one of many knowledgeable physical therapists that had immediate answers to any questions I had while healing and building back my strength in muscles around my new knee. She worked on the outer and inner scar tissue which I had never heard of and the results are incredible. Not much more I can say except I couldn’t be happier with the staff at Beechwood. No one ever plans on having to go through hip, knee or joint replacement, strokes, car accident injuries so most folks are in panic mode and uninformed when it comes to picking an outpatient physical rehabilitation, short or long term inpatient facility. Take my word for it, my experience was notable to the point I felt the need to share and thank them personally via this 5 star review. Anthony Scalia

My grandmother was here several times as a patient. She received excellent care and the staff truly became family. It is a clean facility and we felt completely comfortable trusting them to care for our loved one.

I found Beechwood to be an exceptional facility. The staff was very accommodating. The nursing staff that I experienced while there were attentive and considerate. Some went above and beyond the call of duty which I both witnessed and was a recipient of. PT and OT were fantastic. They also went above and beyond my expectations. The recreation staff was delightful and I wished I had taken advantage of more of their programs. The office personal maded my transistions to the facility, all the pt & ot program as well as my transition back home as smooth as silk. This allowed me not to be stressed out and was able to concentrate on getting better and back to my life. I watched my father, who is blind, be warehoused in another facility. No one helped feed him. My mom who also has mobility problems would come and feed him lunch and dinner to make sure he was fed. They abruptly stop his PT without telling us and their reason was they could not anyting more for him. Then they started pushing him to go onto title 19. Beechwood on a scale of 1 to 10 9.5 ( always a little room for improvement) I definately would return if the situtation arises. Sorry about my wordyness but I feel that I found a diamond in the rough.
