Beck & Cale Physical Therapy

The receptionist are nice but the therapist was the problem. My mom had an appointment and we arrived, at most, 5 minutes late and he denied her. We got there at 3:05 and they didn’t close until 4:30. The waiting room was completely empty too. He just didn’t want to do it. Her pain hasn’t gotten better only worse. She says he overworks her and is uncomfortable the whole time. After today she’s stopping her therapy. And if any other doctor wants her to do physical therapy again, she will be going anywhere else except here.

If you are in search of physical therapy, look no further! I cannot think of another business that is cleaner or more comfortable. The staff is totally dedicated to the patient. When you are there you feel as if you are in the loving care of a family member. You are number one for your entire hour. Not only do they work well with you but also with one another. My husband is scheduled to begin therapy with someone else but is now going to ask for a referral to Beck & Cale's. If you're looking for the best, I've found it. Will be singing their praises all over town! God bless them all!!!!

I don’t know about their physical therapy but there customer service was awful. She messed up my appointment and wouldn’t admit to it. Then said there was nothing available for two weeks. When I said that it wasn’t my fault it was hers she said well maybe you should go somewhere else. I can’t believe they would treat their clients that way. If she would’ve just said I’m so sorry I made a mistake I’ll put you on a list to get you in as quick as I can I would’ve understood all humans make mistakes. But she tried to shift the blame to me and then when I was not happy she told me to go somewhere else.

I am a patient and I really enjoy my time there. They are all really helpful and very polite. They truly care for you and your health. Amazing experience!

This is the best place you can go to get your body better. Kenny is such a great PT. And he is so funny! Seriously do yourself a favor and have him handle your PT needs!
