Beck & Cale Physical Therapy and Coastal Hand & Occupational Therapy

The service from the front desk deserves no stars and was so unprofessional. I believe I read "Lulu" on her shirt. Anyway she never welcomed us nor made us feel welcomed. She made me feel like I was bothering her. Terrible mannerisms. Honestly her demeanor does not belong working with or near patients. Especially ones already in pain. It was that bad. One a brighter note, I give the actual therapist 5+ stars.

Dr. Cathy, she is the best! Not saying the other physical therapists at B & C are any less - just can’t make any comparisons as I’ve not seen them! However, I’ve been seen by many physical therapist in my personal experience over many years is that Dr. Kathy is Grrrreat!

I called to make an appointment and the gal there is so condescending! I felt like I was bothering her and unimportant. My husband recommended I go here. I am hoping the therapist(s) are great <3

Nice caring professional folks. I actually enjoy going to my PT session because they are very good and also friendly. I highly recommend them.

Front desk Azalea and Lulu are awesome the staff the Girls are amazing all of them as well as Jeremy, Michael and Jace....

I really don’t like going to physical therapy, but they are so nice and make it easy. I am also seeing improvement after only 2 appointments.

These folks don't have it together. Very unprofessional. Never answer the phone or return calls. New owners aren't very good.
