Bechtel is literally ‘hands on’. At every session a licensed physical therapist works directly with you to restore you to wellness. (In other clinics, you only see a licensed PT at your intake assessment and then are left to your own devices. Or maybe they have you work with a trainee who has little or no experience, and can actually cause more harm.) So, after YEARS of debilitating back pain that had impacted my life and mobility, after seeing a number of orthopedic doctors, after getting a number of epidurals, after seeing other PTs, without getting any relief, I was lucky enough to find Bechtel. At my first appointment, my therapist said, “I can help you.” And he did! In a matter of weeks my pain was alleviated and my mobility returned. Bechtel Physical Therapy is THE spot to go to for all your physical therapy needs. I tore my ACL and meniscus playing basketball a few years ago and recently had surgery to repair it back in May 2024. From the moment I had my first consultation call with my PT, Dr. Daniel Echeverry, I knew this was the place to go because of how kind and caring he was. I could tell from just that phone call that I would be taken care of and I'd have a good facility to do my rehab in. Bechtel offers a wide range of treatments and modalities, including BFR (BloodFlow Restriction therapy) which is really really good for muscle growth and strength building. I was fortunate to also work with another PT, Dr. Melissa Nepomuceno, for BFR and it was awesome! She's very easy to work with and incredibly supportive. Both Daniel and Melissa are extraordinary physical therapists and I couldn't have asked for anyone better to guide me on my ACL recovery journey. Daniel and Melissa are extremely knowledgeable and I trust their expertise. Apart from their industry and clinical knowledge, they are very kind and friendly, and very easy to get along with! Not only are the physicians great, but the PT aids were just as wonderful. They were outstanding in making sure I was comfortable, and they all provided a safe space for me during my time there. The clinic itself is clean and spacious with multiple machines and workout gear. The front desk staff were also kind and friendly. Bechtel Physical Therapy played a huge role in my ACL recovery and I cannot thank them enough for everything they've done!

II recently received treatment from PT Melissa Nepomuceno, and I cannot speak highly enough of her. I was very impressed when I first visited the Bechtel Physical Therapy clinic where she works. The place was very clean, well-organized, and has an excellent facilities. In the first session, Melissa took the time to thoroughly assess my condition and explain the treatment plan in detail. She possesses a remarkable level of expertise, and she has a tremendous level of knowledge for treatments that are best suited for every disorder and concern. She always tailored each session to address my specific needs and goals. She is warm and her compassionate demeanor always makes me feel comfortable and special. Melissa is the third PT I worked with to improve my physical condition after a major surgery. My condition only started improving greatly when I turned to Melissa for my needs. Thanks to her care and dedication, I've made significant progress in overcoming my problems and improving my overall condition. I can't recommend her highly enough to anyone in need of physical therapy..

I have nothing but great things to say about Bechtel Physical Therapy. I flew out from Spokane, WA to California to receive treatment for an injured ankle. I had few sessions with both Bryn and Jeff, they both were able to treat my injury with such little time. Bryn's knowledge in NeuroKinetic Therapy and practice is superb. The new owners and staff will put their patients rehabilitation first and will give their best to every single one. I am BEYOND grateful and appreciative of the treatment I had received. In the few sessions I had, I can say that I feel a difference and look forward to my recovery. I am in high hopes that I will make great recovery with the help of BPT. Definitely worth my time. I am working with Bryn Aitken-Young, who is such an amazing practitioner in healing the body with so many different tools at her disposal. I have had extensive back, leg and foot pain that is greatly improved due to her terrific guidance. Bryn has helped me understand how all of this occurred and what I can do to heal this and to support my body ongoing. I am beyond grateful for her A+ care, as I consider her to be as skilled a healer as I have encountered in my many experiences with healthcare practitioners. The new owners of the practice are great- one of whom is Bryn who also treated me. The treatment and level of care I received was superb. Unfortunately, I was a patient during previous ownership who overcharged me and then ignored me when I realized it and asked for it to be corrected- the new ownership group made it right and refunded me what was overcharged, even though they weren't the ones who improperly charged me or profited from it. They just wanted to do the right thing and they care about their patients and customers. I would highly recommend anyone who is in need to visit this Practice, especially given the new ownership and management group.
