As a part of their Occupational Therapy program I am receiving excellent care and them recognized by all of their teammates from the receptionist to the therapist and assistant. Very well taken care of!

I went here on a saturday morning. The gym was not crowded so I got a nice workout done in about an hour. I never had to wait for a machine and the trainers are very nice and approachable. The gym is very clean and had an excellent assortment of equipment including free weights. For anyone that likes olympic bars for deadlifts or powercleans this is not the place. The crowd is mostly geriatric following their physical therapist's orders but this is a great, clean, clean facility.

I go here to get physical therapy for a recent total knee replacement. The staff is professional, courteous, and give you a complete and beneficial workout. I would recommend them in a heartbeat for any type of physical therapy or training!

LifeFit is a first class, Hospital owned fitness center, with Cardiac Rehab and Physical Therapy under one roof. Team of professionals assisting members all have graduate and under graduate degrees. Great programs and personal training available. Highly recommend.....
