Patient experiences
The most unorganized place I’ve ever been to. They’ve got my urine mixed up with another person‘s urine and apologize about it. They don’t I.D one person and the next person they don’t allow to U.A right in front of me. The women upfront are caddy and unprofessional. I hear them talking behind clients backs constantly I’m shocked any thing gets done over there, I can’t believe the state hired that Business. I’m shocked it’s even been in business as long as it has
They were really friendly and conversational! Super impartial but asked great questions of me with regards to symptoms and my pursuit for treatment. They even called me to let me know I should just walk-in today instead of waiting for my appointment in two weeks. It was less than five minutes before they saw me after I checked in, and it was less than an hour that I was there doing my tests with them. Will be back!
Billy was great! Made my drug test for my new job quick, easy, and somewhat entertaining. Front desk and collection staff were pleasant and had great customer service skills. I was in and out in about 20 minutes!
This says five stars, but this place deserves 6/5 stars. I had a GREAT experience here! My specialist was very friendly, informative, easy to understand, and made sure all my questions were answered! I couldn’t have been more happy with my care and hope that anyone else who comes here has a similar great experience! I strongly recommend this place
Best place ever for dropping a pee sample. Shane was pleasant, efficient, knew exactly what he was doing. Convenient parking and I was in and out in 12 minutes! Aima too very very nice!
I was very disappointed. The receptionist was very rude, and when I asked her for some papers for my job, she said she’d didn’t know what it was, but when someone else came in and asked for the same exact thing I asked for she gave it to him without asking what it was.
The staff there were super amazing!!! Very helpful and knowledgeable. I have not met a better clinic staff that worked together!!! Ann was great! Ima also had an amazing smile!
Went in for a Physical and UA for work, the staff was super friendly and engaging! Hope my future work uses this location for future tests! I may be butchering names but Shay and Shane were both rockstars fully explaining all steps of what was needed of me and efficiently getting me through my tests.
