The place looks clean and the people are nice, but they were not able to have a bed for my mom for long term because they don't have enough beds in the bulding...it is only about 50 beds this is a shame because I really liked what I saw

Beacon Healthcare – proof that it’s what’s on the inside that counts. From the outside the building is unremarkable, tucked away between a gas station and a dental office. If you drive fast enough you’ll pass by without even giving it a second glance. But the people (and I say people because they are much more than employees) there make you feel as if you have an extended family. My dad was discharged from the hospital to Beacon on NYE 2024 for post-stroke rehab. At that time we didn’t know how or if he would improve at all, but the effort and care they put into rehabilitating my dad was incredible. Everyone there was helpful, kind, and considerate of our needs and brought us a piece of mind. The quality of the staff there is unmatched. Thank you to our extended family for punctuating a scary and challenging time with humanity and grace.

I had the greatest experience here. I came in not walking to be able to walk coming out. Spent many months healing The nurses, CNA's and whole staff were great The activity's director was a godsend I not only gained friends and family I went in so sad and came out so happy. I also gained many friends from the residents there I thank God for being able to be placed at Beacon . Again this is a wonderful place to get back what you lost when you got there. Ending note is that the therapy and the whole therapy department is great They became my little special family. Thank you Beacon

Hello, My mother is placed here. This place is very clean. The staff is very sweet. The rehab department is amazing. The whole staff is caring, and this is the place you want to put your loved one for the best care with a piece of mind. To know that they are safe and cared for with quality assistance. Beacon you have my #1 vote. Thank you for the quality care of my mother. Thank you case manager,nurses,cleaning staff, to the whole department . You Rock.

Having a great experience with my dad, post-surgery. Firstly, this place is kept CLEAN, which is wonderful. It's kept clean by its hard-working staff. All of the RNs and CNAs are very helpful. You just need to ask and they are on it. Physical therapy staff is great as well. I see it all because I'm here a lot only because my dad also has dementia and it helps him to have a friendly face nearby. (Not here to make sure he's taken care of--they do that well.) So, I see how they take care of all of the patients well. Seeing patients getting better and walking on their own and going home shows me that they really want to get you better here so you can go home. If I, personally, had to be in a rehab place, I would choose this one. 👍 (Only con is that they are short staffed on the weekends, but I think that's at any hospital/rehab place.)

Beacon (West Covina) was a transitional facility for my mother who had been hospitalized for 3 weeks. She stayed here for 3 weeks and was treated like a Queen. The nurses, PT techs and administration staff were all wonderful. Our family is very thankful for all that Beacon has done for mother.

Beacon Healthcare Center is a beacon of care and comfort. The staff's genuine compassion and attentiveness, along with the outstanding facilities, create a warm and welcoming environment. My friend's experience here has been exceptional, and I highly recommend this center for anyone seeking top-notch care for their loved ones.

6-20-23 1 week ago my Brother was transferred over to Beacon Healthcare for Rehabilitation in West Covina to help him strengthen & gain his mobility back. He had a MCA stroke the first week of June. My Brother is 58 yrs old and was born deaf. He is completely paralyzed on his right side. He always has a good attitude and he never gives up. We are praying for a miracle. Beacon Healthcare Staff in West Covina has been amazing. Even though he has only been there for 1 week our Family is very impressed by everyone that works there. The facility is clean * super clean. Everytime we go there we are greeted with a smile. When I have called them with a question they never give me the run around. They must document everything they are very thorough with all that goes on. From his diet, medication & how much he goes to the restroom. I guess they look it up on the computer, they have always answered my questions for me. They care about who they are taking care of. It would be great if more Rehab Facility where like this place. We are just so happy he is at Beacon. We can sleep better at night knowing he is being cared for with love, respect and his well-being is safe. Thank you to everyone for taking such great care of my Brother. My family is so grateful. God Bless each of you. We are praying for a Miracle for him and all that pass through the doors there.
