Mike Holmes was very knowledgeable, professional and pleasant. My shoulder therapy has improved both my flexibility and strength. I now have doable home exercises that will help me stay on this path.

Coming in the first day, you feel apprehensive due to your pain/discomfort…working with Tara and Micki, once with Kevin, they made me feel comfortable and relaxed, that makes it possible for me to reach my max for that day therapy. I am very pleased with my progress. Everyone here is compassionate, patient and reassuring! A positive environment! CL

My father had the best experience with all the therapists at Beachside. Kevin worked closely with him and helped my father achieve amazing results. I highly recommend this location to all my friends and family.

I was the 2nd patient at the new Beachside PT at 13 E Melbourne Ave in Melbourne FL. The experience was very positive. Dominic and Jason make a great team. They are very knowledgeable, personable and communicate specifics for your individual treatment plan! They were able to work with me and provide me with a workable discharge plan. I highly recommend this PT facility if you need therapy and want great results!!

Be aware! Overcharged us $40 for co-payment per therapy session resulting in more than $500 in overpayment. After multiple calls with their billing office (which is located in California) we have not received our refund, despite being “approved” for it well over a year ago. Every time we call, we get pushed between representatives who claim they will send a check and never do. This business is extremely unprofessional and is likely pocketing extra cash from many of their patients who may be unaware.

I gave it the old college try, but after four visits, and giving up a $60 co-pay each time, I have to say–look elsewhere. I was never given a treatment plan, or a prognosis. Instead, the therapists were busy chatting with each other, checking their computers, checking their phones–and oh hey, am I bugging you? I never got the feeling that they gave a good gosh darn. For that kind of money and insurance – you can do a lot better somewhere else.

I've been to this business location a couple of times and have had mostly positive experiences. I had insurance issues on my most recent course of treatment which resulted in me having a few sessions cancelled. At my re-eval, we opted to continue with a few more sessions until I got back into seeing my referring MD. For the third time, I had to have my final week of sessions cancelled to wait for PA. After not hearing from them for a week, I called them and ended up having to leave a message. I still didn't hear anything back and had since received a letter from my insurer a few days after my call, which was a determination letter for a retro auth for my initial dates of service, notifying me of partial denial. By the next week, I still hadn't heard anything from them, so I ended up contacting my health plan to check status of pending auth. I was told a different story by them in that the only request on file was for the retro-authed partial denial and there were no requests for upcoming dates of service, nor did they have any record of any past requests for additional visits for the weeks that had been cancelled. I'm four weeks out from my last appointment and still haven't heard anything. Given this, I'm not very confident of whoever's responsibility it is out there to handle PA's and return patient phone calls; (even telling me they were still waiting or that they'd decided not to submit the PA because of likelihood of denial would have been appreciated instead of leaving me waiting in the dark). That aside, facilities are nice, staff is pleasant, and have always received great treatment for my myriad of issues.

Therapy provided was fine, but their billing department is a nightmare. So far it's been SEVEN MONTHS SINCE MY THERAPY ENDED and I am still dealing with them. After every back and forth exchange what they charged and coded has been wrong, they say they have it corrected, then I get another bill. It's been a horrible experience, I've spent hours on the phone with them and my insurance company only to have them get wrong over and over again.
