Beach Creek Post-Acute

My wife and I was in the board and care business for over 30 plus years and your facility was the only one we referred too. Now that our loved one needs care, we chose your facility to take care of her. We are very impressed with the new Beach Creek facility, everything is fresh and clean. Your standards seem very high, very pleasant decor, very nice and helpful staff.

My mom was just recently here, she had a severe stroke and came to Beach Creek after her hospital stay. Everyone from admin (Charlene) to nursing staff (Marta) and all the other nurses were wonderful and caring with my mom. The facility is very clean. I have no complaints. Thank you Beach Creek.

The facility is always clean and well lit. The staff are always greeting the residents with a smile. When I round the facility I see residents actively participating in their therapy and positive comments about their care. Lots of dedicated nursing staff at the facility.

I am so grateful to this facility. My mom has been her for several years and is always in good care. Her room is always clean, they have lots of activities and entertainment for the residents. Thank you so much.

My brother is in this facility. The care he receives is superb. It is clean, they are caring, professional, kind, gentle, always smiling and encouraging and supportive. They did the work for him to get Medi Cal. I'd give them 10 stars if I could. Thank you and God bless you.

My mother-in-law has been in the facility twice within the past year. It has been a very positive experience and she definitely improves while in their care. One thing I really appreciate is that they keep family involved and informed. When I visit, staff frequently drops in to do follow ups with patients and they usually have pen and paper to record any comments. They are very proactive and on top of any concerns that either the family or patient might have. It is an excellent care facility and they go out of their way to ensure that each resident is as comfortable and content as possible, given the situation.

I was a patient at this facility and I have to give them a A+in every Department, very nice and clean environment, everyone there was very friendly and helpful and pleasant, from the custodian to the administrator, and I had the best nurse ever (Yessi Mcphetridge) and the food was good too, I give strong recommendation, you will not be sorry. #228C Caryn A.

My experience in the rehab it was wonderful and the people are nice and kind things that I need everyday always be there, All the employees they listen to the things that I said and they listen to story that's what I like about them because they care for the patients and listen to them it's hard to mention there name,but I can say they're all nice and the patients too,I give them A+ like I said to the some of the employees if I was a billionaire I give them the raise,Thank you from the bottom of my heart,By the way this is my mom ☺️😊😄!!!
