My first visit with Dr. Giorgio and Beach Cities Orthopedics, and I walked away feeling hopeful and grateful for such a fantastic visit. I was in and out with 45 minutes (including paperwork + x-rays + doctor visit + ultrasound). Dr. Giorgio asked me all the relevant questions about my injury, was very informative of possible outcomes and spent the time I needed to feel confident that we had a plan in place to address and love toward healing. I’m actually excited to see what I learn from my next visit. Thank you to them for being so efficient, so kind, and extremely flexible (I showed up an hour early for my appointment and they still checked me in and saw me quickly).

I have had good experiences at Beach City Orthopedics. Today I was able to get a same day appointment to get another shot in my knee and it instantly released the pain I was having. My last shot had been in March 2024. My PA was terrific and very friendly and helpful.

Know one likes going to the doctor especially when you are in pain. I personally dislike seeing any type of doctor due to horrendous past experiences because of my sexual orientation and for being a little overweight. I injured my back and had no other option than to go see a doctor. I found beach cities ortho through family and decided I needed to go. Dr. G has always been very professional and kind, he has never once commented on either my weight or my sexual orientation. As a matter of fact the last time he saw me he told me he could tell I was loosing weight (which I am working very hard to do) and he hyped me up in the best way possible. He has never once jumped to conclusion that a procedure was necessary, he has always treated my back injury using the most conservative way possible. He doesn’t push medications or procedures. He is a very kind soul and I would recommend him to anyone with a sports injury or any other muscular or bone injury. Honestly, I don’t write reviews but my hopes are that someone like me who is weary of doctors sees this review and gives him a chance, because he is an absolute kind soul.

I'm a patient of Dr Bradley Thomas. I've never known of him, his name was given to me through a couple friend referrals. He repaired my left shoulder, and I'm glad he did it. I was happy with his surgery, his staff is professional and caring. His offices are huge, clean, and organized. I'm making him my orthopedic for life.

Very friendly, professional, knowledgeable, great service. Dr Spragg and her team Nathan were excellent. The front desk staff were great. Checked in quickly and only waited about 5 minutes to be called back to a room. X-ray tech can’t remember his name, was super nice and explained every thing very well. Thank you for making the visit a breeze easy when your knee is hurting so much!

My husband and I cannot say enough about this office! The staff, doctors and entire team are all phenomenal. They are not only professional and kind but they went above and beyond showing exactly how much they care about the patient and family members. It was an overwhelmingly positive experience that left us feeling not only grateful but at ease during a traumatic time in our lives. THANK YOU DR. MELLANO and everyone at Beach Cities Orthopedics. The best care I have ever received in an orthopedic facility!! A great doctor, Dr Mellano, and his assistants are all the greatest!! I have had a lot of orthopedic treatments over my many years, and I can say honestly, the most painless cortisone injections in my hips, or any joints, ever!!! Plus, the greatest manners, kindness, compassion, and very competent. I will definitely recommend this great doctor, and wonderful facility to all. State of the art, clean, easy parking, and sweet reception area. They have two locations, and the Torrance office is awesome. Manhattan Beach isn’t bad, either! When a person suffers from orthopedic issues, you just get it. Finding good care is scary, and usually you are treated like an item, not a person. But not at Beach Cities Ortho. Went here for a lower back pain issue for my mom. Met with Dr. Mellano, who was so patient, kind and made my parents feel so comfortable. In addition, he was very knowledgeable and we could tell he was an expert in his field. While the issue turned out to not be orthopedic in nature, he spent time explaining other related possibilities and what might help. My parents really felt taken care of.
