I’ve been to many PT offices and this one is thriving, not depressing like others, got me working right away at some interesting moves I haven’t been introduced to. The therapist was professional and confident and walked me thru some tough but important moves. Very good. Highly recommend!

Outstanding Customer Service from Theresa! I recently had surgery for a ruptured tricep, and the level of care and attention I received from Theresa, the surgery scheduler, was truly above and beyond anything I’ve experienced in a long time. From the moment my surgery was completed, I encountered some post-op difficulties, but Theresa made sure I was taken care of immediately. She went out of her way to reschedule appointments on short notice and even responded in the middle of the night to assist me when my initial medication wasn’t working. Her quick response made a huge difference in managing my pain during a difficult time. Theresa also scheduled all my post-op appointments in advance without me even asking, ensuring that I could get in right away for the necessary follow-ups. Her exceptional customer service kindness and dedication to patient care are exactly what someone in my situation needs after a painful surgery. I’m incredibly grateful for all her efforts and can’t thank her enough!

RESURRECTED PAID BILL Do not bother entering this place. I went once (a year ago) after suspecting unnecessary medical care, checked their reviews and stopped. I immediately came to the office and paid what I owed. Out of nowhere, nearly 365 days later, I get auto-generated bill from them. It has thrown my morning off. Again, I have to deal with this practice which I do not trust at all. FYI. My injury healed just fine with minimal intervention, which was not AT ALL what they were prescribing.

The Physical Therapist are so professional really helpful and knowledgeable to what they do. The PT assistants are also well trained to help me with the routines I need for my knees..,the scheduling staff are nice and friendly too Overall is great.!!

Great facilities, but keep records and receipts of every payment you make to BCO. They like to suddenly and frequently 'lose' payments that you have made in what appears to be a both systemic and clear attempt to double bill you for the very service you already paid for. Again - pay with credit cards and take a picture of the receipt and your invoice. It will be needed in 12-36 months when they send you a notice of non-payment for something you had and paid for over 2 years ago. Its the reason I have never been back.

I absolutely love working with Eric Brown and Kristy Evora. Eric and Kristy go above and beyond for their clients. They care a lot and they are nonstop. Even having 2-3 clients at all hours of the day, they are great at managing everyone and giving the attention each client needs. You can tell some PTs are their to do a job, but Eric and Kristy are there because they enjoy seeing their clients progress and they are passionate about helping people. I truly think they both deserve a raise. My only complaint is the with scheduling appointments. I can't schedule past a month, and I get reminders from BCO for everything except when I need to schedule appts for the following month. I feel the administrator should reach out or the schedule should be available for infinite time. Eric and Kristy do their best to remind all their clients, but I don't believe it should solely be their responsibility to make sure everyone knows the schedule update. I only see them once a week, therefore, if I'm 6 days too late, the schedule could be fully booked. Overall, I love my therapist Eric Brown. Probabaly the best I've ever had. Even though Kristy is his assistant, she is very good at what she does and is always eagar to learn and do what she needs for Eric and his clients. I trust her as much as I trust Eric =)

I love Dr. Mealer but customer service sucks. I usually wait on hold for at least fifteen minutes while forced to listen to the recording telling me how customer service is a commitment and they encourage my feedback. I have left messages regarding questions about my situation AND NOT ONE TIME HAVE I BEEN CONTACTED. Customer service is a joke. Which is why I won’t do business with them anymore

All MRI staff... from check-in through those who performed the MRI were courteous, supportive and professional . It was also possible to get a CD of the MRI immediately, rather than having to wait several days and go to the hospital or medical records department to get one.
