I was having a lot of joint pain, inflammation, and stiffness, especially in my shoulder and hip. Kara was very thorough and knowledgeable. She taught me stretches and exercises to help make me stronger so my body could heal and avoid further issues. She really knows what she is doing. The facility is not too big and not too small. It is just right. It is clean and neat. The girls at the front desk and the techs are lovely to work with. There are very little wait times. You won't regret giving them a try.

I've been coming to Bayside since 2013 (for my now husband's after surgery PT), when Travis was there and my household has been coming ever since for all PT needs. Bayside staff are knowledgeable, friendly and the therapists (Cliff, Josh and most recently Kara) make you feel most comfortable when going through therapy, even through the pain (which is to be expected). They definitely have your best interests at heart and are like family. I would prefer no other facility to provide my physical therapy needs and get you back up and running.

I was first introduced to Bayside Therapy 4 years ago when I ruptured my Achilles. I was very impressed with their staff. Fast forward to this past August when I needed rotator cuff surgery- once again I reached out to Bayside. That first visit was like meeting up with old friends. I’ve seen both Cliff & Josh for therapy. They’re both great and I appreciate their different approach. The ladies at the front desk are so friendly and nice to chat with on each visit ☺️ I’d highly recommend this faculty to anyone needing PT after injury or surgery. They’ll take good care of you.

I went to Bayside for a shoulder problem. My therapist Josh was excellent. He was the best therapist I have ever had and will go to him when my knees are replaced. The whole staff was great and the woman at the front desk is so welcoming and kind.

The staff at Bayside PT in Glen Burnie are competent, friendly and welcoming. Josh is very knowledgeable and provides excellent exercises to help with my headaches. He answers my questions in detail so I can understand the impact of the rehab. I continue to go to him once a month for dry needling which has reduced my headaches from several a day to 1-2 per month. The office hours work with anyone's schedule. I highly recommend this facility for it's excellent service!!

I have been going to this facility since early June after my cervical spine surgery in April. From the front desk to the therapist, all the staff are so friendly, professional and pleasant. I would recommend anyone I know to this facility. Very helpful, always patient with everyone I see come in there. They are constantly cleaning as well. Which is a plus for anyone. Kierra, Josh, and I believe the other ones name is Cliff. They are a very good team. “ Teamwork makes the Dreamwork” They assure you that you will get better. I am proof that I have. My first day I walked in with my cane. Josh did some exercises with me that day and I walked out without my cane and have not used it since.

I have been going to Physical Therapy for my back off and on for years, I ended up being sent to Bayside PT in Millersville and for the first time in the many times I have been seen for my back at different practices I got actual relief that has been more long term this time. I injured my shoulder last year and when the pain was interfering with my daily life I had an MRI done, I was told that I had a tear in my rotator cuff, it wasn’t bad enough for surgery and I was grateful for that so when I was told I needed PT for my shoulder I immediately called Bayside PT. I was told that the Glen Burnie Location and Millersville location had merged into the Glen Burnie office, I live in Severn and there are several different locations I could go to but with the result on my back I wanted to go back to Bayside. I called and got an appointment for my shoulder and from the first visit until the last visit, which was today, I feel 100% or very close to it. I was seen by all three therapists at different times and I wouldn’t be able to recommend one over the other because they are all amazing, I did mostly have my visits with Cliff and Aaron and both of them always made sure that I understood all the exercises I am doing and they also try to make it things I can do at home because I knew if I wasn’t keeping up with the exercises it would take that much longer to get relief. I also would like to comment on the front desk employees, they are the first people you see and they make sure you feel welcome. They are also very accommodating if you have to reschedule your appointment and you will get notifications to remind you of your upcoming appt. There is nothing worse than going into an office and having the first people you see be rude or short with you like it’s a bother for them, I can honestly say that you won’t ever feel like that going into this office. Last but not least, I would like to mention the 2 assistant’s who work there, I feel awful that I can’t remember both of their names, they are always so helpful getting all the equipment, bands, hand weights etc. I also want to mention how clean and sanitized they keep everything. If I am on the arm bike as soon as I am done it gets wiped down with sanitizing spray, as soon as I am done with the hand weights they do the same thing. I have been going twice a week for a few months now and no matter when I went everything was always clean and of course mask wearing is a must but I never got sick or felt sick by going to a medical facility. I hope I don’t need PT I the future but if I do I know where I will be going.
