To all the staff members text and doctors to Bayside Marin I would like to give my sincerest gratitude for the help that you have given me the love and respect that you have shown me in the life that you have given that I was throwing away back to me and my family my friends my coworkers and the people that depended on me I was there for 45 days they were the best the hardest the honest the good and the bad days of my life I made a choice I asked for help and they gave it to me the rest was up to me they truly believe that everybody has a chance if one decides to take it I chose to take it and I am not alone in this war for my life the staff there was very professional and loving and caring as so are the doctors and if you're lucky and you leave your mind open and your heart open and I'll make this a I statement I have found a support group that I was with while I was there so I have nothing but great admiration respect love for everybody concern that doesn't mean that life isn't hard when it gets hard but what I have learned is that I can keep it simple and I can breathe and I can give myself a chance to deal with life at life's on terms with a sober mind a good and open heart give it a try it might surprise you.

Bayside Marin gave me the tools to live better, and believe in myself. I'd like to thank the entire staff for helping me get back on track. thank you to Cliff, the chef's, house keeping, Megan, Shelby, Taylor, Matt, and the entire staff. You guys rock!!!!

Oh, there were many things wrong with this place. Will not send my medical records. Hipaa and California law violations everywhere. Only commenting to rate and warn others NOT to go there. Badly run, and in my opinion, completely unethical / doesn’t care about patients / cannot handle your meds. RUN. Official complaint certainly won’t be on Yelp or other review sites. Best of luck, Bayside.

I have been to only one in patient treatment facility prior to this one (8th time in treatment total) and man, what a stark contrast, in a good way. The curriculum really makes you dive deep and really think about your life as well as a strong team to help you determine your aftercare plan which is where the real work starts. You meet with your therapist twice per week which is more than I can even get through my health plan! The tech staff are excellent and a major shout out to James and Roxanna for making life here a lot more enjoyable considering the circumstances of having to be in any facility. I highly recommend Bayside Marin to anyone looking for treatment, especially if you have been to other facilities before. The food is awesome, cleaning staff / chefs / groundskeepers are friendly as well as compassionate. The only thing I do caution is if you have medication necessities or physical ailments, sort it out before coming as the nurse practitioner team tend to not be communicative, attentive, or empathetic.

The group therapy is good. The individual therapy is amazing. My therapist met with me minimum of twice a week, sometimes more. The food is top notch. I gave it a 3 because what the admission person promised did not match the actual treatment center. The medical staff is not run properly. My prescriptions were always late or never ordered. They claim to be 24 hour assistance, but they were closed many times day and night. The cleaning staff went through my belongings as well as others. All meetings are off-site and are 99 percent NA and AA. I only attended one Refuge meeting in 30 days. One residence has pool, hot tub, and mountain view and the other does not. Hopefully, you will get lucky and get the house with everything on the website promises. Otherwise, you pay the same and get far less.

Bayside Marin has the most caring, compassionate and experienced clinical teams. They really care about client's success in recovery and life. Bayside includes a lot of holistic components that encourage living an overall healthier life, which raises the quality of life in recovery. The property is amazing; the residences are above 5 Star quality. Jokingly I refer to it as my "almost worth a relaspe place". Peace, Serenity and Recovery can definitely be found here.

This was a wonderful treatment center, my husband was a resident here and it has provided such a positive start to his recovery. He said the food was great providing healthy delicious options, Dr.Levine was so caring and compassionate and almost all the staff was very supportive and kind. They have a family program offered twice a month, I recommend going as everyone is affected by addiction even if we aren't aware. Overall a gem, I cannot say enough positive things. I have seen some negative comments and while I cannot speak for all if them, my husband said you have to want recovery, if you're not ready it could be a difficult experience. He considers the people there his little family.

I have referred many clients to Bayside Marine and consider the team family! The facility itself is beautiful and hard to believe that a facility of that caliber is in network! The treatment team is amazing and go above and beyond to address issues that most other facilities may over look! The admissions team is friendly , empathetic and upfront! The communication and collaboration to ensure the clients are receiving the best care and for aftercare is outstanding! I wouldn't send a client to a place I wouldn't send a family member and Bayside Marine is my top choice for great dual diagnosis treatment!
