Rose is an awesome PT. Prepared me for a hip replacement by helping to strengthen my muscles and offering advice on how to make it easier to recover.

My therapist (Christie) was very good. Addressed exactly what I was looking for. Best rehab center I've been to. Personal attention. The place was clean and organized. Front staff very easy to work with I would highly recommend this place.

They took great care of me. After my hand surgery to repair two broken knuckles, the staff met with me frequently to do physical therapy until I had use of my hand again. Very professional, attentive, and caring. Great job.

Intake was a breeze and painless. The front desk accommodated me in every way possible and that was a plus. My PT Kristi has been amazing on every visit! Professionalism and caring. Always providing helpful at home tips. The team at Baylor Scott and White Rehab genuinely care about your well being and don't give up on you. I highly recommend them!!

Excellent place to go to for any of your therapy needs. The staff is super friendly and easy to talk to and schedule with. My therapist Christina Knight, OT, CHT and the BSW OP - Weatherford Team was fabulous. She is extremely knowledgeable and professional. I highly recommend them!

Front desk staff was friendly & efficient in getting the paperwork & working me into the schedule ASAP. Also good at follow up calls. Always welcoming when I arrive for my appointment. My physical therapist, Devyn is amazing. She is patient & explains everything I need to know about my recovery. When feeling discouraged about my progress, she takes the time to listen & again explains the process of healing & assures me I’m always where I need to be. I have had pt before at different companies & this is by far my best experience. I know I’m repeating myself, but Devyn really listens & takes the time to work on the problem areas of my foot & ankle unlike previous places where a just felt like a number. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone needing therapy. Robin

I was very scared my first visit. But the staff are warm and welcoming and put me at ease quickly. Katherine is helping with my lipidema,and is super knowledgeable in every aspect! She explains things in an easy to understand way,and can answer any questions. She has started me in a routine that is fit for my age and comfort level. We also discussed finances so she's helping me with things I can afford. The place is very easy to find with ample parking. It is well equipped and super clean. They remembered my name the second visit,and even my service dog! I forgot her "stay" blanket and Katherine even got her a folded sheet for her to use. Also has offered her water while there. I have PTSD,fear of going out is hard to overcome. But the entire staff here out me right at ease and I feel very secure when I'm there. Definitely recommend this place to anyone needing therapy! I've been in therapy three other times,three other places,and this one FAR surpasses them all!!!

I've been here before with Tara but had to come back for a different therapy. Mercedes their receptionist was so nice she called me when the referral came in. I had waited a day to call back to schedule appointments and in that time she had found that the type of therapy I needed couldn't be performed at their location and she had already called other locations to find me a location that could serve me. She then faxed my referral over so I didn't have to come get it. What wonderful customer service. Very thoughtful.
