Amber had my best interests at heart. She was always professional, friendly and listened to my concerns. My only negative is it is not a large facility with a lot of equipment if you need intensive therapy. It suited my needs for the treatment I required. I would use Amber again.

Exceptional Physical Therapy Experience with Robert Fisher at BSW I cannot recommend Robert Fisher at BSW enough for anyone seeking top-notch physical therapy. After suffering from shoulder pain for over two years, I decided to seek help at BSW based on my wife's positive experience a couple of years ago, and I am so glad I did. Robert's approach to therapy is truly exceptional. From the moment I walked in, I could tell that the therapy was tailored 100% to my individual needs. Over the course of six weeks, Robert worked tirelessly to address my shoulder pain, and the results have been nothing short of amazing. I am now 95% pain-free and able to perform workouts that were previously impossible just two months ago. What sets Robert apart is his dedication to his patients. Every week, he added and adjusted a set of exercises for me to perform at home, ensuring that I had all the tools I needed to continue improving and strengthening my injured shoulder. His personalized care and attention to detail have given me hope that I may be able to avoid surgery altogether or at the very least, greatly postpone it. I am incredibly grateful to Robert and the entire BSW clinic for their exceptional care and support. If you are in need of physical therapy, look no further than Robert Fisher at BSW. Thank you, Robert, for giving me hope and the ability to live pain-free once again.

This place is getting me back to life after 2 back to back spinal surgeries one month apart. Bert is my Therapist and he is the man. Always super nice and attentive and helpful. Just an all around great guy. He deserves a raise! It's a great place for PT overall. Check em out,you won't regret it.

I have struggled with low back/SI joint pain for half of my life, so I was skeptical and anxious when my doctor wanted me to try physical therapy. I am happy to report, however, that my experience here was nothing short of amazing! Chris is the bomb. The. Bomb. He is extremely knowledgeable and professional to the max, whilst still going above and beyond to connect with you on a personal level. He did a wonderful job of explaining all of my exercises and stretches in a way that was easy to understand and follow. Jake is also fantastic. He is very thorough when explaining or demonstrating exercises, and he has an excellent eye for proper form - which means you better be ready to do some work, but in the absolute best way possible. I thought I was fairly fit to begin with, but my profuse sweating determined that was a lie - But thankfully, with Chris’ guidance and the consistency of doing my exercises at home, I am stronger than ever and almost completely pain free! I should also mention that the facility itself is very clean and well organized, and I liked the fact that the equipment and tables are always sanitized immediately after each client. The music is always on point, the only way I could think of it getting any better is if they maybe added some Queen to the mix. Samantha is the receptionist I saw most often, and she was always very welcoming and helpful. I also really liked the fact that when I graduated from their program, I didn’t feel like I was being kicked to the curb to fend for myself - it was made very clear that I should feel free to contact them with any questions in the future, or if I ever need any of my exercises printed out. So if you are in need of physical therapy, I can not stress enough how highly I recommend these guys!

I would highly recommend Baylor Scott and White Rehab for anyone with physical therapy needs. It is such a positive environment first of all. The ladies at the front desk are so kind and helpful. They are happy to see you every time and genuinely care about making sure your insurance needs are figured out. Secondly Jacob, the therapist my daughter saw was very attentive, caring and extremely dedicated to making sure he helped her heal and gain strength from her injury. He takes his job very seriously and Listens to questions and concerns so that he can provide the support needed. We are so thankful for all the things he taught her in therapy so that she can remain strong and avoid injury in the future.

I've been there twice and treated once and they say first impressions either make it or break it but my experience there with Physical Therapist, Chris Huff, has been a very pleasant experience. He has a very nice personality and he seems to genuinely care about his patients. I would really recommend Baylor S&W Rehab Rockwall. The receptionist staff was attentive and accommodative to my needs when scheduling my appointments. I am very grateful and thankful to the kindness of the staff.

Baylor, Scott & White Rehab in Rockwall is a great facility to do one's rehab. My doctor highly recommended it from her own family's experience and I do as well. The facility has easy parking for those of us who hurt. It is a friendly and clean place to get well. They are friendly and efficient. Scheduling is easy and the reminders great for anyone very busy or forgetful. The exercises helped me and the take home workouts great. My Health Tech was supper!

Staff is very kind and concerned about your progress. Michael Conduent is professional yet friendly. Always asks for the patient’s input during therapy. He makes you very welcomed to the facility. As a RN I have seen a lot of therapy given but he’s the best I’ve observed so fat!
