I was here in April til may 2nd. They were nice while I was here, but the after care upon leaving the hospital isn't good. They said we'd get medical equipment. When I called, leaving messages 2 inquire about the equipment, no1 would return my calls. Case managers Jessie and Andrea need 2 learn how 2 speak 2 ppl. The so called therapy team as well as the case managers need 2 learn how 2 answer messages. How do u tell patients 2 expect specialized equipment, then fail 2 inform us that it's not coming 4 whatever reason?! Stop cutting ppl off, over talking ppl and passing the buck, making excuses. Try listening and pretending 2 care. some of the worst ppl work in so called health care! 6/29 this morning, Cynthia from the mobility company called. They r waiting 4 insurance approval 4 the chair parts. So, Andrea didn't know what she was taking about in addition 2 failing 2 listen and not having a pleasant attitude . She said they only ordered a sliding board, not the chair. She also told me 2 request a chair thru the home health team health care agency! 7/27 a lady called earlier this week. Chair is 2 b delivered on 8/1. Again, Andrea is rude, talks over ppl and doesn't know what she's talking about. Bad attributes 4 a case or social worker or 4 any1 2 b working with vulnerable parts of the public!

Baylor Scott and White center for Rehabilitation was without a doubt the best experience for progressing after my heart attack and stroke. From the in patient center to the Day Neuro program everyone was knowledgeable, caring compassionate and encouraging. If you're a patient, just know you can't be in better hands and if you're the family of someone who has had a stroke, brain injury or surgery making the choice to come to this rehab is one less thing to worry about, it's a no-brainer. The progress you will make is tangible and all the therapist, doctors, nurses, techs and Grayson the therapy dog will help you on your way to recovery!

My husband was an inpatient for 20 days and received absolutely the best care possible! The therapists, doctors , nurses and techs were caring, professional and yet treated us as special guests. We couldn't have asked for more. Thank you and God add His special blessings to all of you.

Amazing team Annalise has been a great support and help throughout my therapy journey. She has taken the time to hear me out when I have issues or just need help with small things, she allows me to let her know if there is anything I want to do or I feel we missed I love bswrehab and the team!

This is the best care you can get your loved ones. My husband did the speech, occupational, and physical therapy at the Day Neuro every day for 3 months, and the therapists there are phenomenal. Logan is a fantastic speech therapist, very patient, and caring. She provided updates to me regularly and discussed what things we could do at home to help him. My husband couldn't even say a word, read, or write, and now with the help of Logan, he made so much progress that it exceeded my expectations. Rachel, his occupational therapist, improved his comprehension and other skills by a long shot. Logan and Rachel went above and beyond, so my husband could pass the driving test after his stroke. I will forever be grateful to Baylor's therapists for all they have done for my husband.

I was initially recommended here after a bad experience at another rehabilitation center. I was very impressed by the entire staff from day one. At the front, Angie was always welcoming and knew the patients personally, which goes a long way. I had more progress here in the first month or two than I did after four months elsewhere. Aaron, my physical therapist, was one of the first medical professionals that actually took the time to look at my full medical history, understand my unique limitations, and treat accordingly. Rather than the "cookie cutter" approach to physical therapy, he focused on individualized treatment plans and gave me different options based on my comfort level. I worked with a few other therapists here who were equally excellent. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

Our Dad transferred from BS&W Hospital to BS&W Rehab after suffering a stroke. We were all glad to see him go there due to the great reviews we read, and we were not disappointed. Those reviews were spot-on! EVERYONE there took great care of him, communicated with us at all hours, answered our many questions as quick as they could, and the Therapists and Drs treated him very well. We are very happy that he was able transfer to a long-term care facility, but BS&W Rehab set a high-bar for the next place to live up to. Thank you to Everyone!

The staff at Baylor Scott & White are courteous and knowledgeable. The receptionist make sure your appointments fit in with your schedules and remind you of your appointments. The team of therapist are topnotch. They are mindful of your limitations and work for you to reach and exceed your physical limitations to acquire good range of motion. They are kind and listen.
