Bong was amazing from the moment that I began my PT with her. She is patient and kind. She never let me give up and her positive reinforcement made my recovery even better! I was initially seen for one issue and after the proper diagnosis, Bong was there every step of the way. Having a major surgery is scary and I felt comfortable after a total left hip replacement. I highly recommend the current team at this location!

I was always greeted with a smile. The staff was professional and helped me understand the importance of therapy . It has been a wonderful experience. Misty and Carolyn helped me reach my goal with encouragement. Bong always had a smile and was encouraging and friendly. Misty had my schedule printed for me and too was encouraging. Love the facility, it was clean and nice to have it close to my home. I could not have found a better place with a great staff. Love all the staff. Ann Magness

Everyone was friendly, courteous and helpful. Christie was always there with a smile and answered whatever questions I had. The facility was easy to get to, clean and comfortable. I am beyond grateful that I could do therapy at 7am so I could get to work on time. Bong, my therapist was amazing! Very knowledgeable and knew just when to nudge me toward progress. I looked forward to going and visiting with the girls. I am feeling good now, but if I need PT again this is where I will go!

Awesome therapists and staff of Baylor Scott and White. I can say that they are precious employees/staff to keep and be promoted and be recognized for their professionalism and love and compassion toward their patients. Very comfortable with them and with the facility. It is clean and they follow protocol of cleanliness. Ms. Bong Lee and Ms. Christie are both courteous and helpful, kind, approachable, friendly and personable. They always greet you with warmth and big smile. Amazing staff, the therapists are very professional and informative. They pay close attention to feedback and keep me motivated through my progress. Scheduling is easy and flexible. I highly recommend this location for a pleasurable experience!

I went to them i had two knee replacement and they helped me they are awesome women misty and bong and Carolyn they greeted me with a smile they were very helpful and respectful I was very comforting with them I received every thing I needed thank you all for your care

Very professional staff, organized and courteous. I was made to feel at home and always treated with respect. The staff and therapists are the best! Make you feel like you're the only one that matters but they treat everyone that way!! Would reccomend the facility to anyone.
