Baylor Scott & White Outpatient Rehabilitation - Cedar Park West

I had a disappointing experience at this BSW physical therapy facility. Unlike other BSW locations, this clinic does not use the same medical or billing systems, so nothing appears in MyChart. I recently received a collections notice for a $30 bill from a single visit, without any prior communication from the clinic – a huge letdown considering they didn't reach out once before doing so- I had no idea. 1 star for communication prior to sending a bill to collections, impacting my credit without notice to me. I only visited once because my care plan consisted of multiple home stretches, which I was already doing on my own. During the visit, they had me perform exercises I was already familiar with. I can get over the fact that their PT wasn’t for me, so I won’t knock them here – other people seem to love them, so meh. If you prefer a conservative approach to your recovery, this location might be suitable for you. However, if you’re seeking a more rigorous and hands-on therapy experience, you'll want to consider other options around.

This review is for front desk ladies NOT FOR MY PT INSTRUCTOR . The front desk older lady was so Rude annd so unprofessional. I walked in and standing waiting about 15 minutes even though no one in front of me only one patient was helping by the younger one . She was seating in front of the computer don’t even greeting me after around 15 minutes I approached her and greeted myself that I have an appointment is this the front desk I need to check in with you then she asked what your name ? $ 45 copay . She should change he attitude she should know patient came to that place they’re in pains enough so be nice and be professional as customers service.

This is to express a sincere appreciation and satisfaction with the Baylor Scott & White Outpatient Rehabilitation - Cedar Park West Clinic. I speak for both myself and my wife, as we both have used this service with substantial benefit several times; my wife after knee surgery, and myself after a bad hand injury. We could not ask for better quality of care and attention as given by the staff. This includes the kind lady at the front desk, that makes the entry and scheduling easy, and the very competent and caring therapists, who understand the patient's needs and frustrations. The clinic is also well outfitted with equipment and technology. We feel welcome and comfortable there, and we leave each time feeling better. I must also say that I usually have a rather cynical view of what I see as a general erosion of human competence and integrity on many fronts. I am always especially pleased to encounter people and services that are truly doing a good job; and I like to say so.

The receptionist was so warm and helpful that I couldn’t wait to meet her after speaking to her several times. I had an OT appointment with Robyn and she was great. She helped me with numerous things to make my life easier with my arthritis. She was very professional and knowledgeable. She made my session fly by with her fun attitude. I’m the time since my session, I’ve continued using the things she recommended and it’s really helped.

I love going to rehab at BSW Cedar Park . Tatiana is super knowledgeable about my care plan. I also love her sense of humor and calm personality. She is presently training someone who is working with me . I see she’s a good teacher as well . She takes the time to explain the rationale behind the care plan as well as allow her trainee to think out-of-the-box. All of this is done gracefully without ever inconveniencing me as a patient. She is superb and I would recommend her highly to anyone who comes to this office

I have been seen by Kimberly 4 sessions now and I will say I walk out of there feeling so much better. She is very thorough with her game plan and she's got an amazing front desk. Most polite that I look forward to showing up and being greeted by such an amazing smile. Keep up the amazing work, you all ROCK...

Due to chronic health conditions, I've had a lot of experiences with physical therapists over the last 30+ years. This Baylor Scott & White Rehab facility in Cedar Park has been my best experience of all those years! I've had interaction with 4 of the therapists in this facility and EACH of them were personable, caring, very knowledgeable and very good at communicating the problem and the why of the fix AND every thing they have communicated and taught to me has been very helpful and I am experiencing success with less pain, better pain management, and improved mobility. I highly recommend them!

Lauren is extremely knowledgeable in the field of physical therapy. I feel I was extremely fortunate to get her as my therapist. Lauren has the perfect attitude and personality to work with all ages. All the therapist I saw seemed to have the same quality as Lauren and the other patients seemed to be well satisfied with the quality of care they were getting. I would give the entire facility a plus-10. Ed Strayhorn
