Baylor Scott & White Outpatient Rehabilitation - Austin - Far West

This was one of the best medical care experiences I have ever had. My therapist, Debra Dobbs listened to my description of the pain I was having, devised a plan of exercises, guided me through performing them and gave me exercises to work on at home. The clinic was clean, well organized, quiet and the equipment was in good shape.

BSW Rehabilitation near Far West is a great facility. Not only do they have Physical Therapy, but also Speech Therapy. When rehabilitating a stroke patient both are important. The staff members are professional and experienced. The sessions are one on one, which is very important. The environment is welcoming and all are ready to help.

After suffering low back pain and considering surgery I decided to give Physical Therapy a try. I wanted a place close to home and decided upon Baylor, Scott & White off of Far West Blvd. Not knowing of any particular therapist there, I called and was given appts. with Ericka Estevez. She is fantastic!!!! I had numerous appointments with her. She listened to me, worked with me and gave me exercises to do at home as well as my office visits. I last saw her for this problem approx. 3-4 months ago. I have NOT had a single bit of the pain that I saw her for. I can't recommend her more highly. She knows her stuff and is very nice. This location absolutely has a top notch staff and the facility has everything you need for PT. From check in to walking out the door, you feel like you are with friends and family who happen to be experts in the field of all things PT. Debra Dobbs in particular has an encyclopedic knowledge level and simply could not be any better at her profession. But again, the entire staff makes for such a positive experience, which is quite rare these days for any business (let along healthcare). 5 strong stars!

I have been going to Select Physical Therapy for over 2 months. I am extremely pleased with the progress I have made. Of course, that progress could not have been made without the help of the professionals at Select Physical Therapy. It was soon obvious to me that each therapist was sincerely interested in the well being of each patient. Patrick Kelly is my therapist. He has done wonders for me and I appreciate his knowledge and ability . The facility is clean and well laid out....I give it a 10 Star rating..have a Blessed Day.......Jack C. Gibson

The staff of select physical therapy are consummate professionals. My physical therapist tells deeply into what is bothering me and sets up a program to get me on the right track and wellness. She is thorough, caring, and concern. The office staff is also quite good at what they do. Never a problem with billing or appointments. Highly recommend select physical therapy.

I have been happy with the care I have received thus far. I was a little frustrated when I first started going because several therapists were transferring to different locations and I basically had to start over with a new therapist every week. I think it would have been better to schedule new patients with someone they could work with for an extended period of time. This has nothing to do with the quality of care the therapists provided which again has been high quality.

With age, things like lower back pain surfaces from younger injuries. I neglected it and lived with pain for 2 years. Debra and the Far West clinic crew have helped get rid of the pain. To the point I look forward to the next PT session.
