Can't say enough good things about Baylor Scott and White in-patient rehab. Everyone here is so nice and helpful. No one enters the room without asking if there's anything the patient or his guests needs. The room has been kept very clean. The front door people are fun and friendly. The nurses and techs are knowledgeable and efficient. The doctors are here daily answering all of our questions. Our social worker has been instrumental in walking us through the processes of entering and exiting the program. The PT, OT, and SP folks are fabulous at motivating and making work seem fun. This is definitely where we needed to be. We would recommend it to anyone facing an in-patient rehab stay.

The nurses, doctors, therapists and all staff at this facility are the kindest, most sincere, caring people I have ever met. They are warm and friendly. They are attentive. The facility was well maintained. The food was excellent too! God bless every person on staff!

ALL team members at Baylor Scott & White Rehabilitation Institute treated me with respect and kindness during the time I spent at BRI. I was encouraged and helped to make strong progress toward my PT, OT, and SP goals through education, instruction and activity. When I left, I was much more prepared for changes to my daily life than I would have been without the services of the BRI team. I am continuing to follow the instructions given to continue to make progress and trying hard to focus on new healthy habits established while at BRI.

Please do not take any personal items. They hide behind the consent they have you sign. My father was in this facility. Great place however they accidentally lost his phone. IT WAS AN ACCIDENT! This phone was the only way my father was able to communicate with family. So now they have lost it, they are standing on the consent that if anything is lost it is not their responsibility unless it was given to a staff to put in the safe. Why would my father give his phone up to be put in the safe if that is the only way people are able to get in contact with him? Yes there is a phone in the room at the facility BUT not everyone knew this number. Now my father has to go without a phone back to his assisted living facility that doesn't have a phone in his apartment.

This rehab place is amazing! After my spinal surgery I chose inpatient rehab and was placed here because I would get 3 hours of therapy a day vs. maybe 3 hours a week in out patient therapy. I’m glad I chose inpatient. Therapy here is fun but also challenging. The DRs and Therapists listen to you and take what you tell them into consideration. Also, The WHOLE staff here is great and the food is so good lol.
