Bay State Physical Therapy

I am 36 years old and I had my first major injury and major surgery in my life. I was referred to Bay State to perform my PT and it has been a great experience. Very welcoming people there and the PTs work well together. It is a little inconsistent as you do not typically see the same PT each time, but the notes and progress you make are all tracked so the PT you do see already knows where you are at and knows what to do. Highly recommend!!

I had an excellent experience with my physiotherapy treatment at this clinic. The entire team is extremely professional and dedicated, always ready to help. I would especially like to highlight my physiotherapist "Keelin", who was exceptional in every way - very attentive, caring, and committed to my recovery. Additionally, the receptionists do an admirable job, especially Lori, who is always very friendly and welcoming. I recommend this clinic without hesitation. The professionalism and attention from everyone truly make a difference!

I've had PT at a number of different facilities, and in my opinion Bay State PT is the best! Friendly, competent staff from the front desk to the therapists. Appointment begins as scheduled and the time is used very effectively. I highly recommend this facility!

I have never had PT so was skeptical as to what it was like. Upon arriving at Bay State PT was surprised how great everyone was the staff at front desk were friendly welcoming and very knowledgeable. My initial therapist Keelin explained the process and my goal to have mobility in my shoulder. With the help of many therapists Patti, Tara, Sara, Alec and Rick I suceeded in meeting my goal. Everyone worked hard and I appreciate their dedication and kindness they treated all their patients. Great place would definitely recommend Bay State Physical Therapy. Thanks. Have a great summer.

I had a very positive experience at Bay State Physical Therapy. All staff members were very engaging and I enjoyed getting to know everybody, especially my OT Sarah who helped me immensely with my shoulder pain. She was extremely kind and very knowledgeable, making me feel comfortable right from the get go. I made a lot of progress working with her in a short period of time due to her informed decisions of how to give me the best care. Although Im thankful I am feeling better, I will miss catching up with her each week. Overall I definitely recommend if you need a good place to heal :)

All their people are extremely knowledgeable! They work with you and treat you as the unique individual that you are. I am a past athlete who has had many surgeries and procedures. The staff is aware of each individual’s needs. Their knowledge comes with care and a smile.

Bay State PT was a partner for the 2024 Boston Scores Cup and they were fantastic! Myself and others were very pleased and impressed with the services and knowledge that all the staff provided. Jordan was wonderful and I recommend her to all that seek PT from Bay State in Worcester!

Been going there for a few weeks now the pool is absolutely wonderful glad I was able to continue my physical therapy in it therapists are great they listen to you and your needs and they are there to work with you
