Bay State Physical Therapy

I recently moved to Charlton. I was being treated at another Bay State location near to my former home. It seemed like a good idea to find another Bay State facility near my new home. So I did and turned out to be a great idea. The transition was seamless as all my records came along with me. Ashley, Jenna, and Karen were able to continue my therapy plan. I would say that they took very good care of me. I would recommend this facility to anyone wanting personalized rehabilitation and therapy.

My wife is a patient here. She was so discouraged after having surgery of being limited with her knee. Ashley gave her hope, encouragement, and challenger her to get the most out of her knee recovery. Ashley is by far the best PT that my wife has encountered. Ashley is encouraging, kind, and awesome at her job. Karen and Ashley work very well together as a team. Ashley and Karen are assets to Bay State Physical Therapy!

Wonderful experience at Bay State Physical Therapy in Southbridge. I originally went after surgery to work on range of motion and then ended up fracturing my collarbone and needing additional therapy. All the staff is amazing. The facility is clean and the staff prioritizes cleanliness. Karen at the front desk is so sweet and extremely helpful. She always greeted me with a smile, she often helped keep track of what exercises needed to do if there were other clients, and made sure I knew when my next appointments were. The physical therapist, Ashley, is exceptional. She was the only therapist while I was attending which made for a large workload with a lot of clients. Despite being the only therapist, I always felt like I received the individual care I needed and never felt rushed. Ashley would show me how to do each exercise in the beginning and then made sure I was doing them correctly. She always asked how I was feeling or how my shoulder felt during all phases. She was able to adjust some of the exercises depending on pain/discomfort level. Each week my shoulder and range of motion improved and I am so grateful for their care. Ashley is very pleasant and professional and handled a busy office like a pro. I highly recommend Bay State if you need physical therapy for anything and specifically recommend Ashley!

I was recommended from my primary care to see a physical therapist for a sport injury I endured. I had no clue where to go and did some research and found this facility to be highly rated and I am glad I chose to have my therapy done here! The staff is extremely knowledgeable, helpful, personal and friendly to work with. The good reviews are definitely deserved. This location has a good vibe, is very clean and organized. Ashley, Karen and Michelle are super helpful and are awesome to work with! If you are unsure of where to go for physical therapy, look no further and go here! I have had a lot of therapy in the last few years. Until I came to Baystate I was never satisfied with the therapy. Ashley, Jenn, and Karen know what they are doing and most of all they care about there clients. Today I made a call to Baystate to see if I could just stop by and let Ashley look at my back. I have been in lots of pain since Saturday. I was told that there was just no way very booked. But a few minutes later I received a call from Karen saying come in. Ashley saw me and she felt my pain. Jenn and Karen were concerned. If you need a physical therapy place I strongly recommend BayState Physical Therapy where they care and work really hard to make you better. Thank you! PB
